The app used to work fine but over the past few months trying to do literally anything gives the error Something went wrong This also happens on the Firehouse website I want to use the app but it simply does not work as of the current moment I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times issues persist Please fix your code and I ll be glad to give this a better review         Shark Fang

Only thing good about it is it looks nice I ve tried to use the app several times in the past year or 2 and I don t believe I ve ever successfully placed an order this way It always says theres an error when I search by zipcode try again or call Okay I turn on location and it pops another error when I try to select the store that s probided they even show The only reason I still have this app is to look at the menu     Tabby Rhodes

I m so glad to see this buggy mess of an app has improved in the few months I had it uninstalled Try to download it to redeem rewards and it won t let me sign in Won t let me reset my password says it can t do anything with my information Try the web page instead just in case same thing with the disclaimer that mobile users can t sign in online Will you ever hire actual programmers to make a functional app Probably not     Matt j

Love that they have an app for ordering but that s about all that I love It constantly glitches and if you hit the back button it takes you back to the start screen This means you have to repick your store a d location all over again A lot of times I have to keep clicking get final total because it gives me an error Usually after the 8 or 10th time it will work They have lost out on business though of the times it hasn t worked I just go somewhere else Please update your app                 Kerstie Highfill

again this app is failing to log points attempted to email support and apparently they arent capable of seeing anything more than i am through the app activity im missing points from friday 6th and dbl points from saturday 7th im uncertain if im missing anymore since i havent checked daily n i been eating at firehouse often this app is becoming more trouble than its worth i did send one more email today lets see if they can do anything     organizemyroom ok

The app works fine But it needs a option to look at the menu that includes details of the sub like what s on it without having to start an order I shouldn t have to leave the app and go to a website just to see what is on a sandwich Also the app is not very clear about drinks I ordered a drink but don t have an option to pick what kind of drink and you re not told until the email that you have to go inside to make your own drink             Clinton Sanchez

I ve enjoyed the app but I just got the birthday offer a free medium sub I tried to redeem it at checkout The redemption worked I ordered only a medium sub so the total was now 0 So I continued but the app wouldn t let me complete the order until I ordered something else alongside the sub So somewhere in your spaghetti code you aren t checking if the total is 0 so that you don t have to try and run a transaction on my card for 0 freaking dollars which probably fails             Tanner Davis

When it works it s good but getting it to work sometimes is the problem Rewards don t get honored half the time and then if there is a problem with the order you get no explanation only that the order cannot be processed If it wasn t for the good people that run these places near me I would uninstall the app and go somewhere else         Don Burlison

I love firehouse but this app is garbage It constantly has connection issues Almost everytime I try to place an order it will prevent the order from being finished It doesn t matter if I m using wifi or 4g the app just doesn t connect It doesn t work with location services it often will not apply discounts it says they are applied automatically and there s no manual way and sometimes it refuses to accept cards without reason     FluffyJRC
