I have been repeatedly insisting to have a feature of refreshing the entire ET app in one go With every other update unfolded to its users I eagerly expect to check if my request went down well or went into deaf ears Obviously it s always the latter Please Add a button that helps me reload refresh the app all at once I don t have enough time to switch each one of those sections and refresh manually as though it was my job to refresh those sections tabs Please pay heed to me as well     Shivam Bawlia

Subscribed to ET Prime recently Though the content is decent what is clearly visible is that not much thought has been given to user experience while designing the Prime portion of app Even basic choices like font size chosen for normal portion of app is not replicated for Prime Needs better implementation     Puneet Singal

App is very useful but the quality of reporting could be better One simple bugbear of mine is that different currencies are used interchangeablely in an article recent case in point about a company reducing debt from 31 billion ruppees to 2000 crore ruppees As a reader it irks me to have to do the mental gymnastics necessary to compute the actual amount Also stick to one currency in an article if you re using USD let all values be reported in USD at least within the article             Subir Roy

The app does not respect notification settings that they have in the app The frequency of notifications is too high The cross button on notification is so small that it cannot be humanly clicked No option to dismiss the notification Only option is minimise In short These notifications are like harrassment     Dinesh Munjal

After having paid the full subscription fee to ET directly through google play store through a linked credit card 11 days ago they claim that they have not received payment Then they reply on email and put the onus on me to prove my payment has gone through Once I reply to the email they say that they have not received my reply to their email thread and ask me to send a fresh email Once I send the fresh email they say that they will check and revert back to me Pathetic customer service     Aditya Bhat
