i have this app as well as torque pro i prefer this one though well thought out layout works great right from the get go and has exactly the sensor gauges im looking for if it doesnt you can edit the gauges the only thing is my car has 8 soeed auto and this app only has it at 7 speeds i cannot figure out how to add the 8th gear i wrote 3x within the apps contact me and have heard back nothing great app but customer service is lacking                     Chad Boutchyard

This app used to be good Appears to be even better now What good reason does this app have for needing to manage my phone calls and access my contacts when I deny the app from accessing these it crashes uninstalling In a world where our privacy is constantly probed why would you produce an app like that Fix yourself dash command Maybe I ll think about downloading it again Though you have definitely shaken my trust     Brett Hinkle

Was an ok app gobbled battery and memory Latest update now requires access to contacts and ability to make phone calls Why would this app need these permissions I m guessing that you want to send spam to all my contacts Denying access results in the app crashing You ve lost a customer I will be requesting a refund from Google     Rodney Haywood

Works as described but Only giving one star because it will only work if I let it snoop through contacts and calls Would be 4 5 stars otherwise Would have purchased something else had I known I couldn t deny those permissions I keep app disabled unless I m using it     popawcritter

I m using OBDLink SX something that they say is compatible I updated the firmware on it just in case that was the issue but DashCommand won t connect to my car at all Using a Pixel XL It doesn t seem to be an Android 10 issue     James Tunningley

Great app great value for full version I ve been using for a few years now to help clear a pesky EVAP code and has served me well in diagnosing many other problems Since recently buying a Mini Cooper the app would crash pause and take forever to connect Looks like my old Basha dongle was the issue Have since purchased a dongle from carista and now app functions perfectly Love the dashboard skins the mini doesn t display coolant temp or boost on the gauge cluster so this is very useful                 Marc Casadei

Was a great app which I paid for but suddenly gobbles all your data despite in the terms saying you can disable it If you do not give it permission it crashes and refuses to start Never used to need access to my phone contacts location and inside leg si what changed Unacceptable     John Crisp

This app used to work well but now it crashes every try uninstalled the app and reinstalled now the app is in trial mode and no way to find the paid account number to restore the paid version JUST CAN T USE IT ANYMORE         Joseph Joe

It never needed permission to use phone and contacts before I have the full paid version and am NOT happy about it If you deny access app will not run I will be deleting this app and sending an email to google about a possible refund     JD Morse

This is complete and utter garbage To do anything meaningful you have to pay The app sort of works prior to paying but as soon as you pay it rfuses to connect reguting charges on my card The developers should be ashamed Utter trash     Cris Neckar

Only connects with the Bluetooth adapter half the time Torque pro finds all the time Also hangs at start a LOT Iv tried this on 3 different phones and my android head unit I think the code needs to be cleaned up             Buck Simpson

i loved this app But now suddenly its asking for a bunch of permissions im not going to give it contacts and phone calls Hopefully this is just a mistake and its fixed soon Until then i guess im back on Torque     Luke Sluder

well my phone updated and now it doesn t work FIX IT I d like to used it again without having to buy a new bluetooth transmitter or phone Update 06 16 19 Had to get a new phone anyway App still works great Better option than a 200 scanner from the parts store and some fool trying to sell you parts to fix your vehicle                 Patrick Losey

I also have Scan XL Professional with the GM Package AMAZING apps ALL of their stuff Engineering with these folks is definitely an applicable term They are absolute experts and place that expertise right into your hands Highly recommend this source for these type of programs                     A Google user

What the hell have you guys done seems when devs update apps it always destroys them these days In regards to this one I just went through two updates and both have same issues the older version did not The new layout I m all for as it looks a little better and thought out but my problem is switching to landscape mode soon as I flip the phone for mounting on my Dash the app locks up and has to be restarted and it still only functions with the phone upright going to try a complete removal         ezridr1234

hands down best app with the device that clears error codes that means i could install extras on my car and no errors will prohibit me always great to know when the optimal time is to shift a gear when you insert your vehicle specifications just wish my Apple product and my android product could share the app that i have perchanced instead of purchasing it twice once per iOS and once per Android                     Martin Bothma
