The new Everalbum app version 1.57 has been updated on 2014-06-30. It s not really a backup for your photos it s a data collection dump for a facial recognition system Do your research and Google the App It is used to steal your photos by asking permission to upload them Never blindly share your data Just because an app exists on the app store does not always mean it is safe to use They say it isn t true but do your own research there is evidence     Christopher Vadden

I have tried to cancel my subscription from my old iPhone I have emailed and asked for the subscription to be cancelled as I m unable to log in to my old iPhone iCloud account I have not received a response phone call or any communication from them and continue to receive emails saying they are trying to charge my old Telstra account At my wits end and would never recommend this app based on the poor communication when you have an issue     David Roach

What a fantastic app I had been using a phone with such a small memory when I came across this app just in time for my premature daughter to be born as you can imagine I took hundreds of pictures capturing her getting stronger hour by hour day by day without this app I wouldn t of been able to store a fraction of the pictures I took memories that I will treasure I ve since got a new handset and have all my pictures from my old phone instantly best app ever                     lena willan

The Softwares Facial Recognition Feature takes a very long time to work I tried for both Android and PC and for both the main issue is uploading photos which takes a very long time as well but the app was able to retrieve photos from my Instagram Google and other connected services only the upload never worked Nonetheless everything else in the app works well except for battery consumption is too much I wouldn t recommend this app for album at all for the above given reasons             Signs of the End Times

I really like the fact that i can access so many of the photos I ve taken or saved over several years The app interface is very simple however it s a little wonky when moving from window to window I do wish that there was a way to download photos to your device more easily Also the app seems pretty slow most of the time I think there might be a neex for an update to fix bug issues and app slowness             Connor Hicks

this app does what it is supposed to do it is easy to navigate and well organized i recomend this to anyone looking for a secure place to store their photos or videos it works well and i have been using it for over a year now and have about 15 000 pics and videos stored i am very satisfied also i would like to mention that this service is provided 100 free of charge and i have spent money on other apps that were meant to do the same but never worked half as good as this one has thank you                     Destiny Ludwig

Lost all my pics after about a month Devs reply was o u didnt let it download even thought my pics were there for weeks until everything went grey but the dates when the pics were taken are still there just the pics are grey     Zeb Hil

I still haven t learned all the ins and outs of Ever but just when I think I cant find a pic I go to Ever and there it is Even when I have switched phones and they said photos may not have transfered over I can still rest easy knowing that they are safe I do wish however it came with an instruction manual Probably does somewhere Thanks Ever                     Liz McHenry

i used to love this app and used it all the time on my old phone iphone 6 but for some reason it just doesnt work at all on my current phone google pixel 3 the photos will show up but i cant click on them or share them it always comes up with a gray screen u0026 a processing pop up that wont move from 0 and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work i miss my old photos pls fix xoxo     chloe

I can t send error bug reports from within the feedback option in the app nor will the app allow me to share photos via messenger I recieve an error report and the app shuts down its a great storage optuon if it weren t for those issues             Jennifer Cannon

I really like everalbum I ve been using it for years with no issues I recently got a new phone moving from iOS to android and I installed everalbum but I have a problem loading the app I click on it and it takes me to the app I add my fingerprint in the security window and then the app just closes I ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling which temporarily solves the problem but before long the same thing happens I m wondering if anyone else has this problem or if I can receive technical assistance because I really don t want to delete the app             Lisa Crooks

I love this app the only problem is that it won t allow me to delete photos once on there It won t allow me to delete friends albums and often when I click on a picture it will click to a different one If everalbum creators read this yes I have signed out and signed back in and deleted and reinstalled the app it doesn t work Many other people have the same problems in the reviews instead of telling the people to reinstall it please update your app so we can enjoy it without frustration             Jillian Davis

the photos that are saved on my phone are the only photos I can view on EVER what s the point of having it when I can just see them on my phone it shows I have photos in older files however it will not show any when I try to view them     christy biddle

I cancelled my subscription but for some reason was charged with in the 7 day free trial the company was very nice and said it would be taken care of well it wasn t and I be been charged again and I ve canceled my subscription for some reason 3 more times I ve called emailed nothing dance the first when they claimed they would fix it and my money would be back in my accoung im so very upset i can t afford company s thinking it s ok to play with the money of persons that don t have the money for them to play with     A Google user
