I used to love this app as it made it very easy to recharge nols and control your balance but since the last update the app is not even open I have the previous version on a different device and it still works good while the updated one doesn t open so it is an issue after the update Please fix this it s frustrating Thank you     Colorful Ioana

what is happening to this app it keeps on hanging and the top up is not transferring to nol card if payment is being done online it is better that system als top up the amount or credit it to the nol card directly it is convinient as no need to go to metro just to check in or check out or go to parking machine which the top up doesn t credit at all since it is innovation for UAE it is good to make this are better and provide happiness to commuters         Kawai Montecarlo

Not working properly At beginning it took lots of attempts to find the card through NFC after identifying when I try to topup the amount got deducted and even got mail from RTA for successful transaction and DSG notification for txn But the card not loaded Where the money gone I dont know I suggest not to use this app for topup until everything get fixed It seems App got released in premature stage To test their app users are made as scape goat and locking losing up their money     Abdul Rasheed Anaikar Zakaria

First thing when we close the app it s logged out Then next time to use normally we ll go to the option For me I did nol topup it s failed and it took money from my account Also no email or sms regarding this transaction Also no history available since I am not logged in When I reported it to rta they need dsn message and nol ID or make a complaint in smartdubai team It s better don t use it     C V Anto

There was no issue with the app before but recent updates have made the payment gateway run into error There s no option to close the tab once the payment is done need to force close the app we can recover the amount while taping the Recharge option again but sometimes this doesn t work too and we need to mail rta to get the transacted amount on card Please fix this issue which is pending from long time and the reason I rated 2 stars else 5 stars for sure         shadan pasha

I installed this app for wireless nol recharge its a fantastic feature After making payment we get a white screen with message pleae close this window to proceed But there is no close button and is stuck we need to force kill the app and restart again to same link to write pending transactions to card This is veru confusing and error prone pleae look into this issue             Rohin Thomas
