App consistently has login issues resulting in unsuccessful login errors as well as the inability to successfully add tracking numbers and editing nicknames which gives error messages asking to try again at later time App constantly logs you out if you switch to another app and return to it i e copying tracking number to paste into the app When attempting to re login app gives login error messages previously stated above It seems the app cannot discern if end user still signed in or not     Thomas Pham

Horrible this big orange button that says HOLD pops up at the bottom next to the button to get out if the app because it was swiped while trying to get out of the app I cannot cancel it Even calling within seconds of it happening Fedex won t stop the hold I wish we could pick shipping companies when ordering something Deleting the app     Kelly Vehige
This latest update has problems on all 3 of our phones and 1 tablet when you try to close by backing out of the app it gets stuck shaded screen with busy circle turning Two minutes wait still stuck Using the android overview feature stops the app from running It still remains cached but I believe that is by design for notifications Otherwise it is a great help to me and always has been                 Jerry Smith

To use the app you will need to request a FedEx Delivery Manager activation code which will be sent via snail mail Once code arrives THEN open app and sign in see what looks like yet another chance to request activation code SCROLL DOWN and enter the activation code u003d success App works on Samsung Galaxy S3 phone not available for Amazon fire 10 tablet For incompatible devices use browser I prefer Opera to navigate to site Save the bookmark Organize bookmarks in folders             Wendy Nevers
As with their phone and online system works like total garbage Cannot request a hold for ANY PACKAGES EVER Constant service unavailable at this time please try again in a few minutes errors just like the online system Oh but they will gladly accept you paying them another 5 to deliver at an hour that people are actually home What a joke     J.C.
When working this app is useful for quickly monitoring the status of your packages However about once per day the app stops working and signs you out then freezes on the sign in screen preventing you from monitoring your packages until it is fixed which is usually not for 15 minutes             Matthew Justus

Never updates Everytime I get a package delivered through FedEx the app shows me the delivery date I try to go into settings to change my delivery option to a FedEx pick up location At the top of the tracking page it says Package is not yet available for pick up So why does FedEx give a notice for delivery when the package has nt been picked up The same goes for customer service in India they have no idea where the package is either I ask the companies I buy from to ship UPS     Mark
