What is the purpose for this app It does not save time in the queue and the scanner did not work There are confusing signs in the area One says no phones and the other says download the app while waiting One would think there would be a separate process if the app is used         Ryan Johnston

Absolutely rubbish Filling the form in the App doesn t make the process any faster On Friday night there were 50 people lining up and each one takes approx 5 minutes to process Many people cannot get the tax refunded as they don t want to miss their flight Poor service period     Paul Bu

The only thing I had to do is turn up the brightness on my Nexus 5 for the barcode to be scanned Otherwise it walked me painlessly through the required steps and it was a treat to skip past the handful of people who were waiting in the standard line for their claim                     Worked exactly as advertised Dan Scott

I took the time to install the app and complete my details and invoices but when I got to brisbane airport the travel counter was closed and I had to fill in paper forms and leave them in a box What a waste of time And it was a weekday afternoon Not the middle of the night     A Google user

I d followed every instruction to the letter I entered the info into the app I brought along the products and parts in my carry on so I d have proof I had the resulting QR ready on my phone but there was no employee at the office at the Darwin airport to scan it Only a stack of paper forms I could fill out and staple with my original receipts which of course I didn t have bc I used the app I emailed an enquiry and they have replied I do not get a refund     Only works if a person is there to scan your QR code Joanna W

There is no point using this app if the manual processing lines are moving faster The have two lines for manual and one line for this app user at Melbourne airport             Not useable project planes
