The King is Dead Once the top in class now appears to be no more Last updated early 2018 still uses Google Plus for backup which is also dead So prolly want to skip if you need anything beyond what it does right now Still does a lot But for a long while I loved this app b4 Samsung yanked IR blasters I still use this on my old phones for that but sadly must detach since IP control is the rage and needs to be feed updated regularly             Aaron Jones

I finally found an excellent replacement for my old temperamental Magnavox remote All of the controls work I am ecstatic because I couldn t find granted I didn t look very hard for a replacement in stores for such an old TV Plus with both the Roku app and this app on my Samsung Galaxy S5 I need only have one device to control both Roku and the TV Thanks for this Great job                     Bernard Maitland

This is a great app to use if you have a IR laser on your phone but I m able to control things I have that I don t have a remote to which is great Only issue I m having with my stereo MX 3900D Some controls don t work and does the opposite to what the controls does like for a example When I click volume up for my sub it goes down but when I go down it goes up so some things are backwards but still great to use but please fix this issue I have             Veil Games

I recently broke my remote for my apple tv box This app has saved me the expense of buying a new box It is easy to use I am impressed that it can be used from a none apple phone The only issue with the app for me is I can only forward and reverse by frame I m sure eventually this will improve so I can have more control                 Sharon Keogh

Works very well No issues finding or connecting devices over WiFi Can only use remote on one device until upgraded to paid version Upgrading adds more remote options and much more useful things but is missing button options on all remotes i have used Overall good app not sure if its worth the upgrade If it was easier to understand and the remotes had a more similar button configuration to the original it would be a 5 Star             Doc Savagery

Wasted 6 99 Doesn t work with any newer model Samsung TV I wish their first screenshot didn t show the remote connected to a Samsung Since it s not compatible with any newer models If it was my app I wouldn t be highlighting Samsung connectivity Unless I wanted to snake 6 99 from people via in app purchase     Ryan Kirsch

i use this to control my apple TV because it sits in a cabinet out of line of site with its stock remote Works great very reliable My only complaints keeping this from 5 stars is that the keyboard function on the app doesnt work with the apple TV so searching things is still a pain in the because i have to scroll and select one character at a time And the free version only lets you set one remote which is fine but the paid version is 10 thats waaaaay to much             Colin I.

I ve used this app as an IR Remote on my Galaxy Tab 4 for 3 years and it works fantastic It does take considerable work to set it up but that goes hand in hand with it s power and flexibility I took off one star due to the fact feedback from developers is painstakingly slow weeks but more importantly the built in backup restore functionality failed me and I now have to rebuild all my remotes                 Lee Timar

Five Stars right off the bat for a detailed description an easy to read privacy agreement and also informing me immediately on boot that my smart phone lacks the IV sender needed but will work with other devices on my wifi network Since the devs are striving for perfection I would recommend getting this app while it s free Without even using it this app blows away every pretender in this catagory that I have looked at Thank you developers                     Eric K

i used to love the app but my phone doesn t have an ir blaster anymore you quit selling your network ir blaster and you support the rm mini on ios but not Android This is probably the best software remote based application yet it s being left in the dust because as newer hardware comes out none of it is being supported leaving people to have to deal with terrible software provided by the hardware manufactures     Daniel Hoglan

One of the most horrible apps I have had the displeasure to try It is full of ads to the point of almost making it unusable None of my phones or tablets had IR capabilities so I could only connect to one the Roku because it was wired into my home network As the free Roku app does everything I need I uninstalled this     Jeanne Guidry

Cloud saves and a good price have made this app wonderful The editor takes some getting used to but once you got it it s really easy to make custom remotes that control a whole room The general cloud save is not working but the backup for editing on a computer takes the place of it just fine Just choose to backup and restore for the use of the web based editor and it works fine                     Donna Garman

Clunky painful experience on WiFi with Apple TV 4K Couldn t get it to work over a hidden WiFi network although the Apple TV is visible to connect to in the app and I was able to pair with the Apple TV The app simply won t connect to the Apple TV Uninstalled Dont waste your time Galaxy Note 10 Plus     Mich

I love how easily it connected with my Samsung Smart TV and how I can control everything from my phone The only drawbacks are that I havent been able to configure the arrows to allow fast or continuous scrolling of the cursor and the ads are horrible                     Kay B

not so good design my remote model is far from being looking like the original so i was not having all functions i bought a new remote tor my receiver and i wanted to make a clone when i selected new remote a mbox saying i was not registered shown it is a bad thing the software is not having good remotes mappings creation of remotes should be rewarded instead of forbiden         Sphek Ogre

00it s a very nice stop it actually works things through infrared but it also works things through Wi Fi so I could control all of my Alexia like my air conditioning my lighting I can even control a TV from 1989 in the family room an older style one that s infrared nice job there is maybe probably too many ads is there a way to go ad free I m not very good at this Android stuff             mike coyne

We have a several year old Lasko 18 in oscillating remote control pedestal fan Model S18670 The remote control stays outside with the fan on our patio exposed to the elements all summer which is practically 10 months of the year here in Louisiana LOL Naturally the remote control finally succumbed and stopped working even with fresh batteries I am so excited to find that the Anymote Universal app actually allows us to control our fan thank you so much for a fantastic app                     H Brill

Overall this is a great app I like the fact that one app can contain multiple custom remotes I give four out of five stars because 1 I want the ability to add icons for TV channels that don t appear in the icon set provided and 2 the backup restore feature is next to useless Any time I have to factory restore my phone I have to rebuild my custom remotes Developers please fix these two issues and I ll give five stars Update 5 31 2019 The last restore was successful                 Neil Strawbridge

I purchased this app because I wanted to use the IR blaster on my HTC One M8 to control my TV from the notification area It does that very well and is very customisable as to which commands can be used I use the specific HDMI inputs to quickly swap between the PC and Chrome cast Can be a little daunting to get it set up just right and the notification should only appear when on my home WiFi but it comes on when I m on any WiFi network Minor points for a great app                     Marc Abbey
