It s an okay app But the biggest problem I m having with it is that it automatically starts up and interrupts whatever I m doing for no good reason at all If you rely on typing long text messages or emails on your phone I wouldn t recommend installing this app Just keep it on a separate phone or use your computer for online banking         Vinny Bravoco

This app used to work fine with my previous phone but when I upgraded to the Pixel the app does not work more than a couple days with the OS before it stops working I end up uninstalling and reinstalling repeatedly Extremely frustrating as I use this app daily to manage my finances on the road         Anna Petersen

IC and the App are terrible I only keep an account here to pay my mortgage the App does not allow additional principal payments so I still need to call in normal business hours for 1 2 my banking here Customer service is also below par IMO Moved all but one account to TD Bank perfect App and open 7 days a week with branches everywhere Think twice about banking with IC there are far better and more convenient banks out there     Dana Patient

Pin does not always work nor does a regular log in It just won t login sometimes It just stay on the screen So it does work most of the time but it can be frustrating that it does this sometimes IC Credit bank please fix this issue             It s ok Armando Montez

I cant think of a time in the past month where this app worked properly I can see my balance but only half the time and i am almost never able to see my account history It would be better if the website had a mobile friendly version         Rather use web page Andrew Guile

I can see what I have in my account at the current time But no local branches no bill pay and more importantly I can not see account activity so I can monitor what is happening with my account I have to go to desktop to access account There is nothing beyond seeing what current balance is Can not use any other feature     Erika N
