Love the idea and the app is easy to use once you have signed up Bar code scanner was clean and neat Very visible and had no problems scanning any of the items in my home All the items I scanned came up unknown They needed more information Nice app but the data base must be real small     Agustin de la puente

I love this app I ve been using it like crazy I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the scanner sometimes takes awhile to read the barcode It would also be nice if the recommended alternatives had an icon of the companies logo so I know if I ve seen this company before                 Heather Naive

Overall I love the app Raising awareness about animal cruelty is important and this app is a great way to help stop it The app s database is quite small though and I am unsure on how accurate it is I scanned a jug of distilled water and it came up as not cruelty free Not exactly sure how distilled water could be tested on animals                 Snazzy Equestrian

Definitely needs to be updated I scanned a product that states on the bottle not tested on animals and is on 3 cruelty free lists yet came up not cruelty free Makes me wonder how many other product errors there are             Julie Moser

It s a lovely idea but the database seems quite small A good addition would be to allow users to submit whether or not a product is tested on animals I buy cruelty free and would be able to enter in that info for a few products that the app labeled as unknown Other people could disagree if they have a different source but it would allow us to see what users have researched too             Katia Nunes

It needs to be updated more and it d be cool if you could look up the product or scan the barcode I d love to see improvements such as recommended alternatives appearing rather than having to search through catalogues for an alternative but overall really helpful                 A Google user

Not sure if this really works literally everything i scanned including my cats prescription diet food came back not cruelty free or cruelty status unknown Not really buying it since I doubt a prescription diet food for cats and also dawn dishsoap that advertises saving animals were both considered not cruelty free         Victoria K
