It crashes every time you close out The location function is slow and clunky You arent told when you already have a ride booked so when you book one and it crashes you dont know if its still booked or not This app is so broken it s becoming unusable Fix It     Fukenzan Fukashada

its really sad that an idea this good turns out to get 1 star from me I actully was very happy with this app I planned on giving 4 stars Then they charged me 3 79 tip on my card after we tipped 5 dollars cash what a shame you turned out to be so greedy Oregon Taxi what a shame indeed you lost a customer that was a 25 dollar fare per trip for less then 4 dollars     A Google user

I really wish I could give this app u0026 company negative 5 stars The app is garbage all around They hire criminals though there s a background check they seem to still have problems with driving under the influence u0026 a couple of years ago one of the drivers burglarized a customer no joke look it up I happen to know personally of a particularly bad person that they recently hired I ve warned them about this person u0026 that they will be a problem they don t seem care at all Be careful     A Google user

Horrible app even worse company Rude incompetent u0026 dishonest drivers rude dispatch If you want a truly horrible experience use this cab company Just look at all the problems they ve had with their employees dui s burglary to a customer by a driver seems like endless complaints against them Constantly ripping people off by pretending they miss a turn or just going the wrong direction all together Research this company before using them seriously be careful thanks     A Google user

My main issue was that I had to put in my credit card number I did that since I thought it would be faster than calling after being on hold for 15 minutes However now it won t give an option to delete my payment method without giving a second one first It was bad enough that when I called I was on hold so long it automatically transferred me to their medical assist team They did offer to pick me up but it would have been at least another hour so I managed to scramble enough cash to take the bus instead     Jessica Radiske

Imagine Uber but made by a 5 year old Completely useless app that would have been outdated 10 years ago It works about a third of the time and is only worth using to avoid their equally horrible call center Great drivers if you somehow manage to get a ride booked     Cooper Runstein

Last Thursday night I scheduled a driver for the next morning for a ride to the airport The driver was at my home a few minutes early and called my cell to let me know he was outside Very nice guy helpful with luggage and he knew the fastest route there from my house The app had my credit card info to cover the actual cost of the trip on the meter and I paid the driver cash for a 20 tip However when I received a receipt via email shortly afterward I discovered that the app had also provided my driver with a tip WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I always tip taxi drivers but I don t usually give 40 tips and the app really shouldn t charge costumers for tips without their permission I ve informed the Google Play Store of this as well In light of these two things I won t be using Oregon Taxi to get back home from the airport this Friday             Dave Lane

If your familiar with oregon taxi you already know they have poor customer service and dont empathize when they forget to pick you up Which can be often Thats the experience when you call them directly Use this app and the experience only gets worse Recently I booked a cab with the app 5 minutes late I call them and they say try to find another way to get there as they are doing shift change They waited for me to call when they are 5 minutes late to tell me they couldnt pick me up Typical     Typical Brion Fallon

First thing after logging in it asks for your credit card Before you do anything else at all That just goes to show how greedy this company is I ve never liked them and all I wanted to do was figure out how much it would cost to go from point a to point b with the app and I have to provide payment info before I could do it Plus it required basically every single permission an app can request Also it doesn t save login info Overall a terrible app Immediately uninstalled     A Google user
