myPSE from Puget Sound Energy

The myPSE from Puget Sound Energy is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0.0 has been released on 2014-11-5. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. The app works sometimes but right now shows power off at my residence sitting here with lights and TV on updated it restarted the phone uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still shows as power off Checking the online PSE outage map does not show outage at my house but the phone app does         Susan Benson

This app has been great for regular payments up until last month Even after downloading it again it gives the myPSE has stopped error message     Seth McCoy

Well this seems useless as is I keep getting Endpoint Errors at every turn I can t see the amount that s due can t make a payment can t view my bill can t view my usage history can t change my account info At least I was able to log in to my account which is more than I can say for PSE s website on my PC which keeps crashing since they ve made updates to their website Guess I won t be paying my bill early     Juli B.

The ability to take care of and find out about such a large variety of things is great unfortunately I have never been able to access them Even with multiple attempts over a few months trying at different times and days it never worked I could see most of the home screen and make a selection from the menu but when it went to open it would load indefinitely or give a message apologizing and explaining that it was temporarily unavailable If fixed I would give it another chance though         A Google user

i logged in this morning to try and get an update on my power outage The app wont let me complete my login without answering multiple invasive security questions i know my username and password and im not going to provide any additional information that is really none of their business This app is now worthless to me     Mike Bobo

App OK Status Updates Not so Much The app seems to work OK although during the recent widespread outage on 1 6 2019 the PSE servers were overwhelmed and the app just wouldn t work What value is there in having outage reporting updates and maps if the app doesn t work when it s needed the most A major shortcoming is that PSE never updates outage status My power has been out for 34 hrs with NO updates App should provide estimated time to completion or status several times per day         A Google user

has issues loading my billing usage details all the time not useful if I cant read my bill         Bridgette Parsons

Latest version seems to bite Recent storm and outages caused me to use the app to report the outage After submitting now it logs me out then try to log back in and all I get is Limit exceeded and to login or reason to what the limit is Now I m back to calling in to get outage updated             Dave McNair

Smart app It knows exactly when customers need it most and refuses to work then PSE a company with billions of revenue knows that cost saving is what shareholders care about Crumbling and old power lines are a feature to maximize revenues at the expense of customers who have no other choice anyways Proximity to the largest cloud providers both Microsoft and Amazon is of course no reason to have a working website or app when more than 10 customers need to access them at once     A Google user

Tried three times to pay my bill with this finally got it on the fourth try Does not retain card or billing address I have to enter this information each time Come on people you can do better     A Google user

Constantly down usually late mornings before u can see what your electric usage is from the previous day Won t use the payment feature though unlike most modern millennial idiots I m not dumb enough to use the app to pay my electric bill I ll go online and get my emailed receipt for that Also it doesn t have a grand total of KWH used as the billing period goes on And having a easy service request button for other services say lighting would be great as well so maybe some day they ll modernize         Gerald Patterson

Great app for reporting and following outages Needs meter and usage information though especially for customers who are contributing energy to the grid from solar cells etc             Ed Braaten
