Still slow for login and navigating around site but at least its a basic way to get free online access Glad the fingerprint reader option is working Online account options need to be expanded and improved the transfer feature could be more streamlined there is no account history filter for viewing cashiers checks created and the filter for searching for specific transaction types across account history need better search options             luis camacho

too buggy old app was much better this one is not usable even if you manage to login can t back out of the app have to force it closed or return to home screen while leaving it open using other Android options fingerprint stopped working haven t tried to fix it yet because i could barely use the app once logged in It was very slow and not an intuitive design have to use the browser to login now     Mark Brn

This app does not work it has issues You should not have to enter all your info each time you log in it freezes then tells you too many redirects then you can t get out of that unless you uninstall and reinstall just to do it all over again     Crystal Gonzales

Update I was supposed to be fixed in April but it locked up again 6 6 when I hit the back button again WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE DEVELOPER Less than half bake This app is poorly written and not tested thoroughly It s full of bugs and also not users friendly Once you ve press the back button the app will be locked up for good you will have to uninstall and reinstall again Hire another company to write the app How can anyone release this app with so many bugs     Spencer C

Super glitchy Don t hit the back button on your phone or it will lock you out I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app 3 times to get it to reboot Restarting my phone doesn t work to fix it If you choose to use the fingerprint sign in it is unclear whether you have actually signed on You use the fingerprint then wait then hit the Sign On button then wait more for it to load When it works it is very convenient and helpful But the working part is infrequent         Samantha Ashbaker

Yes the app now has a new modern look but it has the exact same feel as the old version The app still locks up when I press the back button too many only 2 times and the app can still only be closed by hitting the home button and then force closing it I like how Provident is aware that improvements are needed to this application but the changes that we got in this version did not fix what I think are the bigger problems         Henry Lancelle
