The user interface which is simple has been implemented and tested so well I cannot login The first character of the user name is often replaced by the next one typed You are lucky if you can type in your full user name The first username character is also forced capitalized which it isn t when you create your account so I odds are you start with a mismatch and this clearly matters Similarly some of the account registry fields have odd capitalization forced on them The best description for this app is shoddy     Duncan Fyfe

I created two accounts with different email addresses and different usernames but could not log in There s an activation code they send you to log in to the app but nowhere to enter the code They also send your password to you as plain text in an email which is REALLY bad     Really difficult to use Jonathan Tizzard

As a concept it is great no more queuing for ages supports regulars at the barber s but given I only use it once a month why did it need to chew up 35MB of my mobile data in one month That s more than my fitbit which syncs daily The UI is not very intuitive but I can cope Would be nice if I could book my son in at the same time without having to create another account             Why so much mobile data Dave Parkyns

Seriously flawed security It is required for whatever reason that you sign up a user account to use this app Unfortunately passwords are evedently stored as plain text as the confirmation email read back my password to me Luckily I use uniquely generated codes for all my passwords but the fact the service is storing passwords at all is absolutely unacceptable No one should use this Highly unprofessional     Alex Cooke

Tried to register for my local barber on my Android phone HTC but nowhere to enter the activation code which had been emailed to me     Can t get to work on Android phone Mark Croasdale

All passwords and personal details are sent and stored in plain text format this is completely unsafe the extremely high data usage appears to be due to the application sending every piece of personal information about all of the barber shops and the user across the network every time the app is used And to top it all off the user interface appears to have been made by a child I think I d rather grow my hair     Thomas Ashby
