Easy way to track my eating activity and to interact with my group or coach Keeps everything organized in one place and it s fun to reach my goals and get the encouragement from the app for doing so If I haven t interacted with the app in awhile it will say hello and remind me that I can come back anytime There s no guilt shame or nagging More if an invitation really It s there for you when you need it                     Linda Eaves
Nice app and easy to navigate My only wish for improvement is 1 allow multiple pictures at least 2 when capturing meals eaten The one picture per meal option doesn t provide enough room to capture everything you may be eating or doesn t allow for an added item later during the meal And 2 allow for a few more lines of text when describing a meal Other than that I think this app is very nice And it s not too intrusive when reminding you to do something in the Omada program                 Thomas Williams
Decent app but one downside is that it doesn t sync steps unless you open the application first which isn t really practical Needs to have a background process that grabs periodically ever couple of hours and then at the end of the day or go back and grab history The Samsung Health app records the steps fine but the sync process needs work             Glen Jones
A good idea but there are better fitness apps out there You can get the same experience by just tracking your food intake and weight a physical journal writing it down on paper Best part auto sync scale Okay part food tracking very basic with no nutritional feedback no recommendation on how to improve Worse part coaching and step tracking Nether one worked well coach was not engaging and responses posts were very scripted step tracker never worked         Alejandro Guillen
This spp is easy to use and i dont even mind tracking everything It is so much better than Weight Watchers I do like sering the chart showing the progress of my weight loss I can t even start my day anymore without having my pedometer it gelps me gauge how much i should be moving every day                     Susan Randall
This app provides accountability for individuals who have a difficult time staying on track to becoming healthier I love the food tracking daily weigh in and the positive responses that are given when a task is accomplished I was able to start seeing positive results right away                     William S
I would of gace 5 stars but still having issues with one part of the app nit working right That part that isn t working is the step tracking I turn it on but it never stays on And it doesn t track my steps I have to use a completely different app to track my steps                 Milissa Clough
Great app but just needs a little refining to allow for editing and connection to apps like Samsung health Although it has the features double entry is a concern for me The steps tracker is the only feature that syncs but food and actives dont and it would help immensely to sync all the data or allow Samsung health to monitor the weight from the scale                 Nokmbk

This app is goid but it would be better if it could sync with my Fitbit to provide my coach with information about my sleep heart rate weight body fat percentage meal inputs etc Having to duplicate that s already being tracked is burdensome Still I appreciate the effort being made to help people like me meet our health and wellness goals                 Patrick Espana
This app is not user friendly Unable to customize your daily step count When you take a photo of your let s say breakfast it s hard to add to it if you need to It seems you have to go to the actual website to view who s in your group When I click on group from app it shows me the groups forums instead of a list of the actual members Checking what I ate in the past is not easy to get too especially if you have taken pictures The only good thing is that you re weight syncs automatically     Superhero Life
It has been good I wish there would have been help with food planning meals I have a tough time with food and thought this would have broadened my knowledge on what to prepare to help lose weight I think weighing in daily is to much Once or twice a week seems more realistic like on a Monday and Friday Over all I enjoy this program and reading the lessons seems articles that are posted I enjoy our coach she s cool and non judgemental which is awesome Great support                     Lisa Johnson-Sharp

The app is very well made and utilizes the features of the phone galaxy 9 note well For example the vibration notification from this app is unique which makes its actually really nice The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the steps that I walk with my Samsung gear do not get tracked in the app                 Samuel Machit

omada rating the app and program reason the info provided by lessons is mostly useful as tbe progam i total was sponsored by my helath plan the program was of no cost the tracker is decent but doesn t that i see stnc to any tracker fitbit withings garmin so entry is general and manual as an entry point to help chamge dietary behaviors it is an overall good program                 bryan bruno
