The recording quality of the party you are speaking to is terrible can hardly hear them If you are using bluetooth you can forget about it You will not be able to hear the other party at all I have checked and reset my settings but still cannot seem to hear the other person you are speaking with I will try checking and changing my settings again but if it doesn t work I will be deleting this app What s the point of having a call recorder if I can only hear myself speaking         Mike Burdi

Iam using Asus Zenfone M1 pro It s not recording properly It s recording but while playing there is no sound and lot of disturbance in voice where we can t even find what we have spoken Please fix it urgently or else I am ready to uninstall it and switch to other app Currently I can t depend and believe this app for my mobile Might be in other mobiles it s working good or not Iam not sure         Kranthi Kumar Gaddam

If I could I wouldn t give this app any ratings I have been using this app for 3 years and it used to work like a gem But now everytime I answer a call it only records what I say and it goes blanks when the caller is talking I thought maybe its just my phone and I tried everything but it still is the same This all just sucks nowadays so please don t waste your time installing it I have checked ech and every settings and yet it only records what I say Useless app     Kami Cs

Been using the app for years and worked great Just installed it on a new phone and they changed the settings making it almost impossible to record calls The audio source has options that are vague like voice call and voice communication No matter which option I choose it doesn t seem to record the other side of the call Useless     Nick H

Great app been using it for years but they ve changed something that s annoying Now there is a notification at all times that the app is active instead of the old way where it only showed a notification when there was a recorded call Now there s 2 notifications One that the app is active and another when you have a recording The notification that the app is active is not needed and is simply taking up space Please remove             Dia Boyos

The app worked very well for years Now it sucks Earlier on this app would attach a name to each recording now it won t do that It has recorded contacts I said not to record If they won t attach contact names to recordings and they won t use the contact names to determine what calls to record and what calls to ignore why do they need access to my contacts ARE THEY SELLING MY CONTACT LIST TO TELEMARKETERS     Nigel Hallchurch

I love it his app it always was working great But AL off the sudden its only works when it wants 2 I have installed this app 2 all my phones But now it s not working when I phone only works when I end call and go in the app 2 check the settings all good then do 1 call again All of the sudden it works But after that it stop again May u help me with this Cause I was always using this app and it was working gr8 Plz explain     William Madsen-Leibold

I find it very easy to use as it automatically starts recording whenever I make or receive a phone call I strongly recommend this application for whoever needs to synchronize their call with recording automatically with ease I just gave the developers my full five stars I urge you to start using this application and start enjoying what I ve been enjoying since I started using it I do not want to be selfish Thanks you                     abubakar salahudeen

For some reason there are gaps where the calls weren t recorded I don t have any recorded calls between the 5th and the 21st I contacted the team and there was no reply at all Even more gaps in the call history Update They replied to my email saying that it will only record only when the call is on loudspeaker It used to just record when on a normal call so I don t know what that s about and no it doesn t record even if it s on loudspeaker Just fix the app     Kristina Firsova

Changed phones and now I can t access any of my old recordings even though they were saved to the SD card which was transferred to the new phone Wrote to developer a few weeks ago but no response Also app now only records my voice alone and not the other party Terrible change to what was a great app Will look for another app to take its place     Steve Levy

When I first got it 5 years ago I loved this app I downloaded it on 3 phones since then Up until a month ago I would have given this app 5 stars more if I could Now for the last several weeks it only records MY voice Nothing from the other end I m extremely frustrated with it and will probably just uninstall it even though I hate to         Judy Osegueda

I d give this 5 stars if it could record properly while i am connected to the car s bluetooth Update The app doesn t work anymore I think it s because the loudness in recording settings goes back to zero after i exit the app It seems to record calls but nothing can be heard at playback                 Art Boquiren

Precious recordings were lost while uploading to Drive The recordings disappeared after its uploaded and most recordings are not uploaded to the drive Only empty folders created Hence they just disappeared forever Also after u upgrade to Pro version your precious recordings will not display 1000 of them at the front page Because it is another app not the free app It doesn t upgrade from the existing app Hence u will not be able to retrieve your records after the 100 free display     Jenny Poh

It has been giving me hard time Even if the bluetooth option is selected for recording it does not record the calls when i attend the calls on my Bluetooth headset Even in general sometime it records and some time it doesn t Time to look for an alternative Bye bye It used to work like a charm but now it sucks big time and kinda lost many precious conversation to be recorded     Happy Happy

Best recorder ever I ve tried others and greatly regret it I was unable to hear both sides of the conversation with other apps This app consistently provides high quality recording and i will never use another recording app again If you have a need to retain evidence for court purposes or just to recall certain conversations you will never be sorry you chose this one I highly recommend it to anyone                     Sarah Wilde

I was in a conference call and placed myself on mute When I played back the recording noticed whenever i was in mute app recorded total silence even though someone was talking in the conference call It didn t use to be like this before Please fix this         Venkateswaran Sankaran

This app was great til the last update I got a notification saying that google won t give permission for the app to use my call logs or something so now it just says outgoing call in the app It doesn t even show my incoming calls And you can t hear anything from the person I am talking to now I ve used this app for a long time now but I guess I ll be moving onto another til the issue has been resolved     Amber Templar

Sometimes things are better left UNCHANGED I used to love this app been using it about 5 years but due to the many updates it doesnt work the same It has many malfunctions as mentioned in other reviews im most upset about the deleting of saved recordings as i selected to save certain ones to my SD card so the app shouldnt even have access after that I emailed the makers explaining my situation but like others got no response so will have to subpoena them in order to see whats possible     Larissa Harvey

You are recording the conversation of two persons over phone Ensure that the conversation between two peoples not on phone is recorded with the same clarity and without raising any doubts Recording between two on phone is excellent I wanted to try the recording when not on phone I will do that and give my opinion So far great job                     Raghavendra Hosur

This app works awsome on my personnel samsung on automatic settings but on my work huawei it doesnt want to record the other person Ive even set the settings to voice call then it works but after that first call it changes to voice communication and then only record my voice What can I do to fix it     PE Hanzen

Worst application ever In recording I can hear only my voice If I can t hear voice from the other side of call what is the reason for recording that call It was working fine before updating this application Now there is no use of this aap since not able to record the voice from the other side of call on microphone     Gaurang Kalani

You can t hear the voice of the other person on the line but yours only It should be a call recorder but what its actually do is a normal audio recording task even then in a very cheap quality sound What a waste of time and resources     Dilfraz Afzal

does a good job of recording any calls on the phone EXCEPT that when connected to my car through Bluetooth for hand s free phone use only MY side of the conversation is recorded not the other person Yes I did turn on the record when connected to Bluetooth option This is not acceptable I have not tested it using a Bluetooth headset             Paul Ledford

this app use to be very good now after few updates 1 it is recording only my voice 2 you can t see the number or the name of the contract of the recorded call useless if you want to go back to find one recording then you need to listen to all the records until you find the one you need sorry this issues please and I promise l ll rate 5 stars but at the moment the app it s useless             Live Cricket Match

I have been using this app since 2015 It has been great to me all of these years until this past week of July 2019 Apparently the new update does not allow call log permissions and a contact is no longer automatically assigned to the recording Manually assigning contacts is inconvenient and the entire call is no longer recorded without error occurring The quality of the recording is no longer useful either I can BARELY hear the conversation Sadly I will now be deleting the app for good     Marissa Uresti

I have had this app for close to a year now it was working perfectly from the onset records my call automatically unfortunately for the past 3months it has failed to be the app I know it records when it feels like and will go adamant What is happening I got this app for a purpose and if it s not serving that purpose I will have to delete it am just sad about the service when I have recommended to a couple of people to use     catherine kudoyor

This doesn t use to record Both ways allways Now I found out that it records Both Ways if you don t leave the recording mode in Settings as Default Mode and select some other custom parameters it records conversations in Both Ways this should have been explained by the developers that would have invited more better reviews                     Alluru Nagendhrudu

Hi i have only one complaint why this app is not showing the contact number this is the only issue some time i very disappointed i like this app and its very easy to use nice interface nice options good performance recording quality is good but the only issue is this doesn t show the mobile number when i open app plz i request u fix this on next update thanks             Akbar Khalid
