saves history and remembers past searches to help you auto complete them no way to turn them off or clear only way is to uninstall and reinstall that gets rid of whatever was there but it starts collecting again support lies and says you can delete this but they don t get it example if i type a and a prior search of airport shows up they are saving it somewhere         William Napier

It s amazing at blocking everything It s not a full fledged browser like Chrome or Firefox but I don t think it s meant to If you re struggling with ad covered content on most pages you visit use this Finally I get only content not ads Thank you                     Patrik

Way too often the browser just hangs up and doesn t attempt to do any of its ghostery tracker blocking and the like It will then just load the whole page as is When this happens it stays that way for a while What s the point of this browser         G S

It worked well until last update when it crashed EVERY time it started I lost all my bookmarks deleting and relaoding Crash Again later Crash A month or two without it Again Now it works My bookmarks are lost forever I use it much like before but now when I close a window my default favorites page presents the popup keyboard EVERY TIME I have to close the keyboard the browser or open another tab It is tiresome I never saw another browser do that ever             A Google user

Bookmarks previously organized into folders have been hidden since the March update I emailed Ghostery on April 6 and all I ve gotten is be patient I updated again today and they re still hidden I say hidden because the search box populates with a star if I start typing a bookmarked site But how do I get back to all the harder to find stuff Google searches pages that you have to dig through a website to find if the bookmarks are hidden Can someone tell me where they re stored     Clara Jacobs

Doesn t do what it s supposed to I have a website and I used Ghostery to hide from my trackers so my IP isn t lumped in with visitors Since the new update my IP shows up in all my site s analytics even though the analytic programs are showing up as blocked in Ghostery and were manually set as such Basically u re still being tracked even though it says u aren t Website is thru WordPress and the trackers are Google statcounter and WPstats So it s an issue w Ghostery not the site     1 2

Wonderful edition of Firefox NICE secondary browser 1 star due to some websites will totally disable tracking on the browser until you physically turn it back on I ve never had this issue with the Regular Firefox tracking protection I think FF63                 Danno Nelson
