The new Addison Lee (Beta) app version 1.4.2 has been updated on 2014-11-26. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Great for booking a taxi keeps track of where you are and tells you the price before you confirm your booking Only issue is that when booked the eta of the car picking you up can be vague Jumping from 10 mins to arrive to stating that they have arrived immediately                 Christopher Kelly

Rip off When getting an airport transfer it is cheaper to get the same taco but without going through the web or the app Just turn up Also payment process in the app is awful Had to book on the web instead     James V

Useless app if they cancel 5 minutes before departure time saying they are very busy and will try to find another driver in 15 minutes Which would then probably take another 30 min for them to arrive What s the point of pre booking and paying extra if they do not show up when expected     Lina Grusliene

The locator is rarely accurate and it doesn t allow you to order your journey if you have more than on drop off it doesn t gps them according to distance but does them according to order so if you are going from north to south but put in borough before london bridge it wont recalibrate and do borough first frustrating for the drivers and frustrating for the passenger as it just all goes wrong sort it out Addison Lee     Catherine Pope
