Nice app Works just fine for me however it would be nice to transfer into someone else s account that my name isn t on I m able to transfer between my saving and checking but not to my moms We both have a Forum but my name isn t on her account and that s how we want it I m a traveler for work and finding a credit union bank that will transfer can be difficult bcuz sometimes it s an hour drive to get there Very inconvenient Why can t we add that feature to the app Why must I be on hers         Desarae King

The mobile deposit is absolutely awful I have literally taken 50 photos of my check and the app distorts every one No matter what angle or how close or far away from the green square I get it won t accept the picture I can have the check perfect and the image it will show after I snap the picture will be crooked sideways or blown up so only a portion of the check is showing This is not convenient and very frustrating Fix this It is the worst mobile banking app I have used         Fix your mobile deposit A Google user

Love the app For day to day items this app is perfect for me I have not tried mobile deposit as I prefer to visit a branch Transferring funds is very easy and post quickly I was able to transfer funds while shopping for furniture and the money was available when I went to pay less than 5 minutes later                     tracey cook

The only reason I have this app is for mobile deposits They used to be possible if frustrating but the last two times I ve tried it just plain doesn t work No matter how I photograph the back of a check it always gives me a TooLight error Even in very low light Unless this gets fixed SOON I ll be uninstalling     Useless Scott Ferguson

Absolutely the worst interface for a mobile deposit ever It is absolutely impossible to get a picture of your check completely frustrating and not worth the time If you were to fix this I would give you a higher rating     Mobile Deposit 90s Hause

I even went online to change my password thinking I was entering the wrong one I did this twice and I still can t access my account through the mobile site This last time I even locked myself out I know I m entering the correct password and username I guess I won t be using it     It just won t accept my password Fancie Brounson
