I signed on to this app to program my thermostat I clicked on each menu at the bottom but the only real functionality I found was the ability to change my password It appeared I couldn t even pay my bill But then I accidentally clicked on the current amount I owe and that s where I was able to locate the other functions That is patently ridiculous The app either needs to alert people to that fact or better yet fix it so that the usable page is right in the front         Rachel Zirkin Duda

About 90 of the functions in this app are broken and simply do nothing I could not use it to report or check an existing outage pay my bill or review energy usage There is placeholder interpolation text like s in several places Essentially worse than useless     Brian Broderick

App is getting better however you cannot scale the page which really sucks when you are trying to program your thermostat remotely Alerts for outages is nice and becoming more informational Login and authentication is sometimes broken They need to update this app faster and fix many of the bugs Many times remote programming of the thermostat does not work or will take hours before it kicks on or shuts off             Harry Fang

Where is the ability to control the Energywise thermostat Update I changed this to one star The thermostat icon to control the thermostat finally appeared It does not do anything except go to a page that says sorry something went wrong I called Pepco and after being on hold 10 minutes while they checked things was told that the thrmostat they provided and installed was not compatible with this app The book they gave me with the thermostat shows the app being used Either they need to educste their employees fire the app designer or get rid of whoever dreamed up this energywise project wise indeed I cannot figure out the point nothing works together     R.D.
