It worked most of the time We had the chat option and there were a few instances for each of us that it was hit or miss if the message would be received Tracking our expenditures on board was nice except my fiance s never matched mine We had the drink package and kept up with how much we were drinking and saving One day mine had 5 total drinks and his had 23 total drinks So yeah it s nice but you can t completely depend on it             Deana Bailey

It was great Of course there were some times the messages wouldnt come through but it only took a few seconds The app is great for reminders concerning all the fun events happening on board and it lets you plan what you want to do for the day while telling you where everything is Recomended especially if you want to stay in contact with your family when they re roaming the ship                     Breana Walter

App worked great during our cruise I was able to see the daily schedule for events and available eating options However I only gave three stars because it didnt update when there was a change in schedule venue Also I would have liked it to show kids club hours events Instead we had to carry paper copies of their schedules It would be nice if you could manage your Sail and Sign accounts from the app as well             Fati Villa

Great way to keep track of events onboard Can check account balance location and times The texting was a relatively inexpensive way for the 5 of us to keep in touch while running around the ship We did notice some message delays or failures to send which created a few interesting discussions of who didn t get what when but its pros outweigh the cons 5 per phone for the length of the trip                 Gavin

A Great way to get the most out of your trip You can see what s happening or going to be happening around the ship at any time review the dining room menu keep an eye on your charges They no longer have your account on the TV in the room so this app is the ONLY way to view your on board account And there is an optional texting option where you can communicate with everyone in your group via text messaging for only 5 per person flat for the entire cruise NOT 5 a day                     Kevin White

It was nice to see what was coming and what there is to do during the day it is very usefull We bought the messaging app but unfortinitaly it did not work half the time We sent messages and some times it would go through but most of the time nothing would go through The message part of the appp would be great if it worked other than that its a usefull app and makes things easier on the ship             Mike Cumming

The app was amazing it kept you up on what was going on before the cruise and then after you got on the ship a whole new set of options opened up I love using the planner to select events I wanted to go to and have them down so I could always remember cuz there s so much going on on the ship you can get sidetracked Some restaurants on the ship required reservations it was awesome to be able to make those reservations right from the app As I said this may be one of the best apps I ve ever used                     Rinehardt 68

Good app but can use some upgrades with the chat features Just to clarify this app is completely free and you dont need an internet plan to use it ill explain If you plan to use the app strictly for activity times for the day like finding out what the ship has planned for the day then its completely free but if you plan use the chat feature it will call you 5 per person in your cabin to use this feature Its covers the entire trip for the 5 App is good and def A must for cruisers                 Cesar Juarez

This app was a lifesaver during our cruise It told us the ship s time we saw maps of the ship and every activity from morning to night It also included a list of all the restaurants and told you what the dress code for dinner would be Oh and no internet needed to download it if you re already on board or to use it within the ship I think that s the best part                     Christie Rivera

This app was thoughtfully created to augment the sailing experience onboard a Carnival Fun Ship It s a great way to keep up with activities and learn about excursions Being able to have food and beverages delivered from the app cool Some additions i think would be beneficial having the ability to message chat with onboard customer service have an emergency function to get in touch with security or medical personnel being able to book excursions make reservations for dinner                     Neil Ayrons

It was great to have the daily weekly activities at hand all the time u0026 not having to keep up with the little paper things The downfall is keeping your phones charged the app uses quit a bit of battery u0026 there is only 1 plug in in the room I asked for an additional plug for my cpap u0026 all they brought me was an extension cord So how were we to charge 2 phones while sleeping u0026 use my cpap You really need to add more plugs or provide multi plug cords                 Fay Moreland

Great app for keeping in touch with those you re cruising with The wi fi was spotty at times so sometimes messages were missed or received late We were able to plan and keep up with the activities for the day and find the places that were open for eating Overall I enjoyed using the app for my first cruise                 Debra Ham

Has issues with messaging and needs to be redownloaded multiple times to work properly Common issues were missing menus and people not getting messages dispite being in a chat group Missing menus was resolved by redownloading the app but was much more common 3 7 had the issue for our group than makes sense for random bad packet downloads The chat group issue was resolved by making new chat groups which means we had 8 chat groups by the end of a 7 day cruise         Andrew D

The app works great But at all ports when docked this app doesn t work at all including CHAT I dont know why I also noticed that if u already have you bank account and Everything linked to you account all the app functions work great But if u have to link your bank account while at sea you will be miss a lot of extra stuff that this app has to offer                 HS4U Neighbor

sometimes finicky and i was never able to see my account charges on the app like others were also the cruise it was used for was a disaster but that has nothing to do with the app just carnival wanting money both scheduled ports were expected to be closed but they didnt cancel the cruise so we spent five days on a floating hotel with nothing to do but drink Like booking a flight somewhere but instead if cancelling for weather they still fly you somewhere else you dont need to go                 cy pemberton

Overall it was a very helpful app It gave me easy access to a map told me about all events going on and so much more My only criticism would be about the messaging service The five bucks is definitely worth it though the service has a few problems with giving false read receipts and sometimes not delivering messages at all hence the four stars                 sharkbite951

First time crusing ever and Carnival s HUB app was really convenient when onboard All activities were there with the option to receove reminders to the activities you favorite Easy to upgrade your WiFi and see the shore excursions though I never booked mine through it so I don t know how easy that is It s still convenient The few downsides are you can t buy upgrade your drink package from there and you have pay to use the app s chat system                     Elga R

Having everything that s happening right in your pocket is definitely a great thing But the app feels kind of cheap First of the navigation can be a little bit complicated at times There is a sidebar but there is nothing in it The only way for me to add new people besides the party that I booked with was with a glitch that sometimes couldn t be reproduced The developers definitely should add a secondary way of navigating the app The currently empty sidebar is a great place for that             Jaden Accord
