I filmed someone going into my room and through my things and I watched them do it live pressed record which it did but it didint record anything when the motion detection went on it only told me someone was in my room and I opened it when they were leaving I just happened to have the camera open when they came back cos the camera wouldn t of recorded it when I went to veiw the video and photo I took with the app the app closes it s never successfully been able to open the saved footage     Gabrielle Flynn

So it s asking for a username and password I created one and it doesn t work So I delete it yo reinstall and now it only gives me the camera option How do get the cam back And am I still going to be able to view what was previously recorded         A Google user

fixed the connection problem by using a thumbtack pin to push down the reset hole the small opening on the right separate from the 3 ones on the left at the back of the camera Held it down for about 10 seconds till the lights in the back went off then after about 15 seconds came back on 4 5 Would be 5 5 if it recorded color without needing a crazy amount of light Worked for several months albiet only in blacku0026white since to get colour you d need high beam lights pointing at it Sigh now the camera is on but isn t connecting to my wifi nor the app I got a new router and the app just got updated Feb 12 I suspect one of those as the culprit Either way 1 5 till my camera gets recognized again     A Google user

this camera will not let you change the time from GMT to 1 time unless you are on iPhone this is the only way it can be done not very good for android users I was told there would be some kind of up date coming out but they have no idea when most every thing else at the moment seems fine                 Robert bell

To view the camera the wifi has to be constantly connected to the phone otherwise it doesn t work To do that I have to go to wifi settings on the phone and touch the name of the camera then touch on Connect Once done transmission between the camera and phone works but the Network signals are disconnected so you can t check the Internet unless you disconnect the camera wifi It used to beep a warning each time the camera was triggered now it is silent which is not that good I ve tried everyrhing             Not sure if my camera has a fault Mick Carson
