There is no option of seeing my wallet balance on the app Also there are issues with the payment module in the app The transaction are being shown as cancelled due to which people tend to do multiple transactions I am still not able to see my refunded amount in my account The customer support contacted me and said amount will be refunded to my wallet but there is no option to see the wallet on the app or while making payment     Vivek Shah

For the first time I placed order from print venue I was having no idea that you ll use C grade paper quality and vision for visiting cards How can you deliver such kind of products Paper quality is very rough thin and poor even in the starting the papers are in curved shape The lamination part is also removing from each card s corner and there are scratches on each card I can t give it to anyone so this is useless for me     Shwet Kamal
