there needs to be another update to this app it is showing incorrect balance info and transaction history I damn near just went up to the bank to curse them out because it was showing my balance falsely negative over a thousand dollars after clearing the cache and logging in several times it finally refreshed and reflected the correct balance amount u0026 my transaction history properly this can be very frustrating you ll need an updated app or just delete the mobile app all together its horrible     Mimi Anita

This is a pretty functional app for checking account balances I do not use remote deposit because of the charged fees and when my funds are available It should not take 48 hours after depositing my check Same holds true for transfers The other bank apps I use are much better in this regard in terms of cost and speed It is good for what it is No frills                 Jason Williams

the app is good the bank likes to play havec with accounts and keep you in the dark somewhat i made a deposit before the first it posted the first and didnt show in the balance of my account till the 6th thats not descent banking practices                 Sean Frisby

Every time I try to install this app my Vipre security says it contains a trojan horse virus and is classified as malware This is pretty ridiculous especially on a banking app that supposed to be secure Think I ll be closing my account     Yolonda Jordan

I ve been using the app for several years Occasionally there was a glitch but I was still fairly satisfied This last time checks I deposited via the mobile app didn t process for over five days Local branch told me ATM deposit would not have been held Resulted in overdraft fee that has not been removed And I paid 0 50 per check deposit transaction that would have been avoided if I went through local branch or ATM Today the app was not loading statements until the third try             Sandra Cusack
