It s good but why does it have to be a mystery which card I m selecting to pay with It only shows the expiration date and card type so if I m not sure or have multiple I have to select each one and then go back to see the last 4 of the card number to see if that s the right card App needs to show the last 4 of the card number on the page where you select from your saved cards Seems like a no brainer             Jackie Hutton

Always has glitches Right now whenever I try to click on the restaurants their menus can t load No matter which one I clicked on And whenever I try to have payments reimbursed for a mistake they post it on the app but not to my bank which is what counts I have to keep an eye out and end up calling my bank to dispute a payment I just want to eat Was convenient but is hassle         Odette Zayas

Enjoyed using it for some time but came across too many issues with the app reviewing orders stuck on 5 stars tracking inconsistent etc but worst of all the places you order from slack on portions VERY often Today I decided to uninstall the app because I paid for 20 worth of food that were the size of Taco Bell burritos and now the store is forced to get a 5 star review from me because the app is bugged I ve given the app 2 stars because one incident where the restaurant straight up didn t give me any chips guacamole or other sides they compensated me for those Other than that look at my order history I ve consistently paid waaay too much for skimp portions of food I don t believe DoorDash holds these restaurants accountable and so they scam which is a strong word but accurate nonetheless customers                 Cer Y.

An absolute joke I have credit from them from previous orders where nothing can seem to go right I ve redownloaded the app several months later to see if service has improved and it says my payment info is correct Tried with several different cards all with more than enough money Customer service is unhelpful and rude How are you expecting to keep customers like this Awful     Kindra Beckstrom

This app has been having several glitches on Pixel 3a XL Doesn t load menus will add a different quantity to your cart it s bad And everyone is having this same issue based on all the other reviews I uninstalled and reinstalled same issue I ve been a customer for months but I ve uninstalled for good     Avilyn B

Updated uninstalled and reinstalled Menu info still won t pull up thus rendering the app useless Usually this app is spot on but now it s just a broken waste of space on my phone which is a shame since this is one of the few services that hosts places that are open in the morning for breakfast     Aric Justice

Hey so I m in the heart of Indy The app will load all the restaurants I could order from but no matter what restaurant I try to tap on I get the same error message that it couldn t find their menu It s a great app if you only want to look at pictures of food from restaurants near you though     caitlin c

I love that it is now possible to get deliveries from places that otherwise don t deliver The app is very user friendly well laid out u0026 has a fairly decent variety of locals to order from The main reason it s 3 stars is due to past orders being less then exemplary Multiple times the Dashers arrived after quite a long wait u0026 or with cold food The 2nd of which could easily be solved had the insulated bag provided by the company been used u0026 as a Dasher I know what it takes so it can be done             Justin Selk

Relatively easy to use good assortment of choices It makes you set the tip for the delivery driver when you place your order which I don t like Also the estimated delivery time they show you is almost never right Driver is usually 15 30 minutes later than originally promised I don t know if this is a factor of the driver the restaurant or both but it s frustrating             Andrew Sexton

Like the whole idea behind the app the i noticed that when you are ordering and you decide that you didn t want something so you remove it Well if you don t pay attention to your taxes and fees section you will not notice that it will actually go up in price I was about to place an order when i took something off that cost 2 00 My price was 11 98 it showed that the taxes and fees were going go be 3 24 Then once the 2 00 came off which dropped it to 9 98 they went to 4 70 Watch the tax     Tyler Coleman

Great fast low delivery charge for fast food I like your ordering system and menu Ive have the other apps also but i tend to gravitate to doordash it s fast clear and easy only suggestion I must delete an item in the cart if I ve forgotten any special instructions and re add no big deal but if I was able to just add any forgotten special instructions from the cart as i review my order it would be perfect thank you                     Jennifer Eisman

The tracking is messed up and slow My app is constantly glitching Example you go I to menu and hit support and it takes you to your orders It will say 30 min delivery but takes and hour When I first started using this app and service it was great But has gone down hill very fast         Richard Rothermel

Ridiculously annoying app Consistently let s me add items to a cart only to freeze up and then tell me the location is closed Also keeps signing me out by itself so I have to sign back in each time I open the app Outside of that the service and selection are fine similar to Uber eats         David Wanless

I ve had it EVERY FREAKIN TIME they update it forgets my login Been trying to get a PW reset email for nearly an hour Every single other app REMEMBERS ME after updates And why do I have to reset How about a hint instead I even stupidly thought I could guess my PW trying to sign up and see the criteria but none are listed on front screen I ve had to reset so many times I ve apparently worn out all my go to s so I have no clue This is really stupid and I m over it Ordered UberEats     MB Sensel

I love this app Use it just about everywhere I go even at home I love the convenience of it and its let me try out new food spots I don t typically know about Once in a while drivers get the order wrong but you can report that and get some or all of your money back So far I ve had no issues and will continue to use this app                     Majin George

The app is great UNTIL a merchant cancels your order and your card has already been charged It takes a week for the refund to go through Furthermore you dont realize the order was cancelled until you begin looking for the order to arrive They need to come up with a way to take restaurants OFFLINE if they re not prepared to fill orders Now I have a 40 pending charge on my CC with no food         Brooke English

The service is good but the app is absolute garbage Over 9 thousand bugs per minute Random fails occurs all the time And when you click support button it redirects you to order history page So literally 0 support And you can t change your phone number and it tells you to contact support but as I said there is no support only order history Nice service garbage app so I m rating the app itself 1 star     Foo Foo

Very easy to use I quickly found where i wanted to order from The app is pretty streamlined and simple to navigate All the bases were covered for directions for the delivery driver special instructions for your order estimated time of delivery and you have the option to add a tip to the bill As long as my food actually comes I will be using it again                     LuvIzLuvX0

This is the single most poorly designed and organized app I ve ever used It is damn near unusable and intensely frustrating in it s lack of options There s a huge amount of items from restaurants missing and trying to customize your order is completely hit or miss Out of all the food delivery apps out there this one is by far the worst On top of all this they steal portions of the drivers tips in many circumstances Completely untrustworthy and poorly designed through and through     Bobby Chapman

I ve downloaded this app 3 times hoping things would change eventually They have not Several spots still open just down the street and this app says all is closed Also when I attempt to get support from the app it automatically directs me to orders in which there is none because the app is falsely stating everything is closed Downloaded this app 3 times and still never had a chance to use it Waste of time for me     Edward Soto

I really like how easy this app makes it to order and the layout and the idea in general The price is really good and the options are great the only problem being the time it takes for delivery I live ten minutes from the restaurant I ordered from and it takes 35 45 to get here I understand it but I just wish it was faster Great app though                 Max Theisen

Great app Does exactly what it says it does Had 1 issue where driver got routed a long ways from my house and took over an hour to get my food but overall the experience had been very positive and I have recommended it to many friends I would like to see more restaurants added Where I m at has so many great places that I d love to be able to order from                 Alex Macphereson

This app has lots of room for improvement As a Dasher I find it very frustrating I get no where to accept order quite often and then get a message 1 2 minutes later telling me I missed an opportunity Also sent to restaurants 15 miles away and either no order or the restaurant is closed That s 30 40 miles for nothing NOT GOOD         Kathy Reese

The app itself has been great What has made me lose confidence in the app is the drivers who fail to read instructions as to how to deliver the food I ve had to in a row now where the food gets dropped off to someone else on the other side of the office and I even write SPECIFIC directions as to how to get to me The food is cold and almost unenjoyable to eat Might be time to consider other alternatives     Ernesto Gonzalez

Easy to use and not too expensive on delivery There have been a number of times food options requests were more limited than I know the menus allow but I m not sure if that s a problem with the app or the restaurant s use of the app Better communication with the restaurants you offer would be a smart move                     Alex Krasner

Nothing but problems and issues It is an amazing idea but terrible execution There seems to always be some kind of problem They also allow drivers to stack deliveries which causes some orders to take twice as long Unless you are physically unable to go get the food yourself this app is not worth the problems that occur     Lillyish life
