The app is great I use it all the time in store The big problem with the entire SmartPay system is that super unleaded even with the discount is 0 20 more then almost everywhere else in town As a result I only use it to buy food in the store I never use it to buy gas Darren Ricchi

They recently pushed a new update that makes it so you confirm your purchase through the app instead of the keypad at the cash register I had closed my checking account and could not figure out how to update it so i just didn t use it Then i tried to use a free beverage reward and it charged my full purchase without any steps in between This caused a 20 dollar charge because my account was closed I called customer service and they said this happens a lot and closed the account Paul Goodness

Very good app other than I puulled up to a Gulf station that looked like a Cuberlands and used the app and when I confirmed the pump and station came to find out that the cumberland was a half mile away I could couldn t cancel it so what I ended up doing was scroll back and it advised me that I would be charged whatever gas that pump used Total gas pumped qas 26 and some change Other than that I ve had good experience Now I watch where I pump gas David Cortes

I m not digging the new app user interface the previous was easier to navigate with the use of color i understand wanting a cleaner interface but it is too clean everything looks the same I d also like the price of fuel to be shown but I m guessing that would be bad for business overall the fiction of the app is great paying for fuel and items in the store and the occasional freebee is much appreciated ambassador smudge

new app is deceptive with payment reward use process you must tap twice and hit yes for it to switch to a reward if you tap once in the reward it will still bill your checking account for the free item prior platform was much better please be mindful as this could be a scam to make you buy things when you think they are in fact a reward Brett B

2 weeks ago I was at a Cumberland Farms to get gas I tried using the app but had to cancel the transaction due to being parked on the wrong side Once I got to the correct side I tried to log in again and it is not letting me log in I tried uninstalling it and reloading it and it s still not working I called the number listed and was no help and when they gave me the number to Cumberland Farms all I got was a recording amanda taylor
the initial setup took 3 days to confirm my bank account but the ease of pulling up to the pump selecting the grade and fueling was so much easier than whipping out a card or going inside to use cash the 10c deduction is really just the icing on the cake on top of all the positives the app already brings ro the table john budhoo

Ive been using the store card since I signed up for this program Tonight I loaded the app The store locator is a nice feature but the app constantly hangs the screen goes black and my new Samsung Galaxy S5 becomes unresponsive Not worth the bandwidth to download it Has potential but ultimately fails
Dont have to get out of my vehicle to pay My only complaint is if you fat finger your PIN 3 times yur locked out and have to call to get it unlocked no weekend phone support so keep an extra smart pay card with you as backup thats still usable doesnt get locked Extremely handy app

I have saved over 1000 in less than 2 years with this appThe first 1 12 years this app worked flawlessly It connected fast and I enjoy being able to buy gas for my sons by turning on the pump they are at without being at the station I used to have a HTC 4G on Sprint network and this app worked great till about 6 months ago I would sit at the station for several minutes and sometimes not get connectedLike others have mentioned CF should have a WiFi we can connect to while at the pumpsI went ahead and put a card on my account for these type of snafus I enjoy the free stuff for every 30 gallons purchased and usually have a dozen free drinks on my phone at any given timeBUT since I got my new phone HTC M9 on Sprint Its been almost impossible to redeem the free gifts and often when I want to pump gasThats why I have a green card in my van nowI honestly dont know if this is a Smart Pay issue or a Sprint issue or the Android Lollipop OS but my other apps seem to work the same with the new phone Over all I highly recommend this app if you live or work near a CF West Palm Beach Fl

No matter what gas station Im at this app constantly times outWhen it does connect it takes a solid 2 minutes to connect that doesnt sound like a lot but it feels like forever when you are in line at the gas stationUpdater I adjusted my review as the new update cleared up the trouble I ended up getting a store card as a back up for when I dont have service or this happens again
