This app is terrible During the middle of my shift I stop getting notifications then I have to reinstall app to get everything working correctly Every night when I m done with my shift I uninstall it and cross my fingers that it will work correctly the next day after i install Have had the app crash twice where it checked me out of my shift when i was able to check back in all my orders were gone and I had to uninstall     Beran Young

For 3 hours I have been trying to get this app to accept my log in it always comes back as log in error I have repeatedly uninstalled and reloaded the app I synced it with my laptop and it automatically loaded on my phone same problem This is the first app I have ever had this problem nightmare with Cannot start working without it hell I can t even log in     Mark Inman

I have to uninstall every night after my shift so my phone will stop the app from monitoring my location it uses my battery I have to sign in two or three times to get dispatch to see me as checked in and if i accidentally close the app it is tough to get it functioning properly again I have had to uninstall and reinstall more than once to get it working             Danielle Ellickson

Probably one of the worst apps on the market for doing this kind of work i dont even understand why someone would switch their company over to this app to begin with too many glitches that require you to reinstall the app to make it work for a short amount of time if i was one of the programers responsible for this mess I d be ashamed to attach my name to it     Mark L

I really like the new delayed check in but last run has not worked properly in sense version 2 11 I believe The new sound and alerts are great the pop up push notifications are also a great addition I just cannot get the app to shutdown when my shift is over unless I force close it under the app tab in was wondering if dispatch sees your on a last run when you flag it It would seem only a command subroutine just on my phone Thanks for your hard work                 Matthew Primeau

this app sucks just reinstalled last night worked great now it wont refresh as it should no notification again frustrating as i make a living using this app you would think the developers would fix this 0k so 4 12 app was good for 7 days and then slowly reverted back to same issues grrrrr im losing money because of this         Aaron Carson

UPDATE Problem solved and im a super happy driver The developers are amazing at meeting my app needs newest update is horrible I have to back out after I hit arrived enroute or delivered and go back in to hit the next prompt it slows me down and can t wait until this bug is fixed                     Jennifer Snow

This app is required for employment It has issues There is a weird bug that kills advanced calling on my Verizon note 9 and I can t fix without uninstalling the app and rebooting the phone The app itself has serious lag at times and does not like to function over WiFi The time sometimes for some random reason will 7 hours behind actual time Please overhaul this app and work on compatibility with the latest version of Android Also messages between me and dispatch will randomly disappear and the notifications will intermittently just stop working until the app is uninstalled and then reinstalled         Travis Figueroa

How to fix no notifications audio or visuals clear data and clear app cache this is the only fix simply uninstalling will not fix it look up a tutorial if your not aware of how to clear data and cache I wasnt receiving notifications for two weeks i fixed it by clearing cache data and reinstalling the app             A Al

Definitely think thr GUI was better before the update but my main concern is that google maps is not showing anything except the route It would be better to see the surrounding roads and such Hopefully you guys can fix that bug up its a bit troublesome             A Google user
