If you are Android owner,you now can download Prime Mobile for free from Google Play. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.6 has been released on 2014-10-20. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Very useful when on the road especially when you want to send documents better than having to make a stop at a travel plaza to use a Tranflow I love that I don t have to be next to my Qualcomm and keep it on to make sure I know what is the next dispatch ASAP Receives messages and shows you fuel prices much faster than the QC That being said I believe it could be made more smooth and less buggy                 A Google user

This app does what it intends to with no serious issues Some reviewers state that in app qualcomm macro support is redundant but being able to send macros in an arguably faster fashion than through qualcomm interfaces is a big plus if you have a newer model phone Prime Mobile asks for your location for use as far as I can tell in order to ensure drivers aren t using their phones while driving and is of course connected with your electronic log driving status to keep it legal Good work                     C Hairston

is not fully supported by the full staff especially road assist they want a message through the qualcomm vs a much easier to use app arrivals departs do not always hit the system sometimes takes more than an hour to hit Needs to make some significant improvements in syncronozationa and workable for the whole team Recently have been recieving notifications via app that are in no relation to me             Ryan K.

Lately i have not been getting notifications from messages i have adjusted my notifications setting both on my phone and in app and it will not push notifications unless im in the messenger whats going on             Nian Bird

It s a great improvement over the original app but there are many kinks that still need to be worked out For one lately the messages have no been loading for hours after the message is sent they should also add more macros at this point it has trouble finding screenshots to upload when scanning documents and the prime portal page especially the payroll page needs to be formatted better for mobile devices Other than that it s a great app and very handy when it comes to filling out the available macros and scanning documents It s fairly easy to use and makes our job that much more efficient                 A Google user

location data being required uses battery and causes some issue with being able to use the app even if not driving app doesn t work well when in power save mode due to location requirement occasionally gives screen making you swear on your first born s life that you aren t using the app while driving beyond that it s incredibly useful for prime drivers and if it didn t have the location issue not allowing access at all during powersaving mode with location off it would rank 5 stars                 Daniel Brecht

Great only it stays in Active Sleep mode on my phone even after i Log Out which means it drains my Battery quickly when not in use i hafta go to my Settings to put it to Sleep fer good                     Eric Johnson

the new app is worse than the old one the idea of an app is to simply work but the new app is double the amount of effort to complete half of the work it did before the extra options added on macro on app is nonsense we all have a Qualcomm in truck with macro this is my opinion I w it sh I could get the version without all the added options that have complicated my using thank you         A Google user

I like everything about the app except for one thing The copy text function is almost useless It is next to Impossible to highlight a specific Passage and then get the menu to pop up I usually end up just giving up                 A Google user

the messages and macros sent from app do not sync with qc and is very frustrating there is a lot of lag time for messages to reach the app and there are too many steps to get to fundamental components         Michele Chetwynd
