This app is so picky and unstable It does not readily refreshes data from salesforce and in last 1 year I don t see or expect a change coming If you guys ever read these user comments please improve your core product before going out for new additions like flight plans             Akhilesh Pandey

I like this app for the alerts on who s read emails and it seems to function how it s intended I wish there was a way to set a time period where it won t bother you with alerts I m not a huge fan of getting updates during nights and weekends I m definitely not using all the features of this app at this time as most of my work is done on a computer but it s helpful in situations when I m away                 Kevin Uy

Figured I would give this a try again and again disappointed The App is improved but can not turn off email open notifications The most cconcerning matter involves customer service When I went to email customer service I received a reply email stating I had to go through a Portal with a 5 Step Procedure which is impractical on a mobile device Customer Service was always a strong part of Cirrus Insight I am not sure if I can say that anymore     Craig Schlosser

Inbox defaults to oldest must refresh multiple times to see newest emails Same when viewing a specific thread need to back out and reload Discarding a draft doesn t work at all must go in to gmail to discard App triggers view notifications you d think that could be avoided from within the app Turning off notifications just doesn t work at all Clicking on a specific view notification takes me to a giant list where I can t locate the thread about which I just received said notification Etc         Service is good app is horrendously buggy Joshua Resneck

There were several issues in my previous review I ended up contacting support and the issues were resolved quickly They also replied to all my emails promptly I enjoy using this and am looking to roll this out to my entire organization                     Fixed and works great Justin Ruck

I get notifications when emails are opened but when clicking on it I get a blank screen I tried customer service for over a month but problem escalated beyond the knowledge of the team and I was forgotten eventually The VP of customer service called me to promise a follow up the last I heard of them I still love other parts of cirrus insight but the email tracking is too broken for proper use         Email tracking Mike Smith

Round 2 Installation I don t understand this Why can t I reply to emails after opening them I m seeing tracking information from people I didn t send an email to Uninstalling again Round 1 Installation I m an avid Cirrus for Chrome user and expected something similar but not even close Definitely don t like leaving Gmail mobile to use Cirrus inbox why couldn t you have just added features onto mobile Gmail Why did you guys release this anemic version Didn t expect this from Cirrus at all     Way below expectation Pedram Mizani

While Cirrus Insights for gmail is the bomb I don t find the Android app very helpful You cannot choose or I can t figure out how to associate emails with sfdc opportunities only contacts u0026 accounts Additionally I would like to control my notification settings For instance I don t want cirrus to notify me when every single email arrives I woild like to have the option to choose to have cirrus notify me when important email arrives or when an email I sent has been opened             Need more control Erik Dickison
