The Pacific Power is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new Pacific Power app version 1.0 has been updated on 2015-04-24. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I m not sure what all the low ratings are about I haven t had any trouble with this app Maybe people are expecting too much from a simple account app or they all have crappy slow phones Personally I find it extremely helpful for checking my account history current bill updating payment methods and looking at my power usage You can even see your usage charted over time on a graph The app loads quickly and hasn t crashed on me It s easier than logging onto the desktop site for sure                     doctorowl

Got this for quick power outage checks works great for this and even notified me after the outage is resolved Too bad power outages are frequent enough for the need of an app but they did good for my uses                     Lost like Ashes

awful will not let me sign into my account but can do it online tells me I need a valid username and password have tried multiple times yet when I sign in online my username and password works fix your bugs if you want people to use your app this is ridiculous     Kassidy Hughes

I have attempted to install this app about four times Every time I get to the point where It sends a link to my email to verify I click on the link enter my information and it says that it s not valid Very unhelpful     heather templeton

I thought it was convenient at first it was handy in the beginning and I had no issues now it won t let me log in and it keeps saying my user i d is invalid same goes for the website as well It would be helpful if it didn t have so many bugs definitely think they should have I T or admins take a look and see how they can fix it         Chandra Garces

i tryed to create an account they tolf me they would e mail me a confirmation code I never received the email then when I tried to recreate the account it said the account already exists so I tried to sign in and it says the account does not exist Just uninstalled it     Travis Hayes

Unable to use the app at all The link they sent to my email was not a link at all Once I finally got to the page they told me to go to I was told the page could not be found Can t set up an account online either     A Google user

Took over 5 hours since power outage to email me and tell me my outage request was submitted and then over 8 hours from power coming back on to tell me the power had been restored If it s that far behind seems pointless         S MicStaelens
