Great app easy to use insurance company is awesome and processing your claims is easy and they just mail you a check later well worth the insurance and there is no yearly or lifetime maximum on claims                     M Z

Worked fine for a couple of years now every time I submit an invoice Healthy Paws emails me weeks later and asks me to resubmit the invoice They never explain why but it means my claims are now taking months to get reimbursed I ve submitted my most recent invoice 3 times and they just asked me to send it again I pay a small fortune to them every month this should definitely not keep happening     shaz wunder

DO NOT JOIN THIS PET INSURANCE DO NOT My checking account was hacked I called healthy paws to change my account number They gave me 4 different passwords none of them would work they said I need to go on a laptop I did that it wouldn t work then they said will you need to clean your cache I clean my cache every single day So now because they re such a wonderful company they have suspended me Do not do not do not join this pet insurance do not they will screw you     Marlene Donner

Fixing these two things would give the app 4 stars 1 when submitting a claim only image file uploads are allowed not pdf files requiring extra steps to convert invoices before submitting 2 while attempting to view past claims app returns the error you need to enable javascript to run this app which makes no sense since javascript is already enabled on all my browsers     Laurie S

You cannot even access your policy from here All you can do is change your payment I should be able to view and print my policy anytime I want from the app such as what is covered and not covered             Andy Stegner

They have saved my butt this year I got this for my 3 year old kitties when they were kittens My little one Lily had has a litany of emergencies this year including a 1600 emergency hospital stay for an infection While they DO NOT cover basic care read the FAQs people I ll take not having to shell out that much money out of pocket any day They ve processed almost all my claims in less than 5 days I sent them full vet records early on                 Kara R

I adopted 2 kittens in March u0026 after researching the different pet insurance companies I decided on Healthy Paws In late June I had to submit a claim after taking 1 of the boys to an emergency hospital 1 night I submitted the claim u0026 they covered it with exception of the cost of visit which I was aware they wouldn t If you take the time to read what is u0026 isn t covered then there are no surprises as to what to expect when submitting a claim The app itself is user friendly you set up a profile for each of your pets submit claims as well as follow up on claim resolution Very pleased                     Silvi M

Good app great customer service However Healthy Paws is terrible at actually doing their job reimbursing you for claims I would not recommend their service We re likely going back to PetPlan 9 of 11 of my claims are not covered by healthy paws Why am I paying them each month     scott sears

Healthy Paws is amazing and has never denied a claim They just covered my dog s 5600 dollar surgery and we only had to pay 300 of it The app is easy to use and literally takes me less than 5 minutes to make a claim Thank you Healthy Paws for taking care of my puppy                     Mika Tsukiyomi

When I first got the app and for a long time after it worked great It was very convenient for paperless claims submissions Just recently though the app has been hiccuping on accepting new claims It tends to lose them I have been waiting for any word on why the app is no longer working reliably and when I can expect something to be done about it Until then I guess it is back to scanning and emailing claims             App was great now having trouble Marnie Jones

The app was working fine before now I can t even login same email and password I use to login to the website When I tried to reset my password the app said my email was not recognized There is definitely something wrong with login because I was logged in on my phone ever since I had the app and then out of nowhere I was logged out The app in its current state is unusable                 Jung Choi
