Crashed my phone almost missed my flight The location mode caused my phone to permanently disconnect from T Mobiles network I had to call Tmobile to get my SIM card recognized on the network The whole ordeal took about 30 minutes and the worse thing was that I was trying to book a ride to the airport I have been trying to support taxis but it has been a nightmare so far     Tina Jay

the app has a flaw when I setup a pick up at future date once I select destination the option on bottom of app is request ride once you select it you get a reservation made confirmation followed by finding your driver for pick up now come on it s for a future pick up NOT NOW         JC Conchas

great idea along with a promotional 25 off but because of a mix up of cabs 2 turned up at once for two different addresses my cab drove off and would not respond to requests to call me through the app and now my app is telling me my card details cannot be verified even though they have been on file for months no promotion for me app is garbage     Nik Lucas

This app sucks I waited over an hour and never saw a cab I cancelled u0026 reordered ride Now both show as previous rides No doubt I ll probably be charged I ll have to cancel payment if that s the case Since their are no humans to talk to on the phone their is no way to complain The app page you can see where cabs are I watched for an hour No cabs were even close I don t recommend this app to anyone     Joyce Engle

I m rating the app highly because I get great drivers and I can always get a cab The truth is that the app sometimes has glitches I ve seen and I know they are working to improve it For example I can now rate drivers but I have no record kept where I can see which drivers I rated highly                     Charlie Brown

When I told my driver to stop to the gas station on 69th so i could buy cigs he asked if they were still open and stopped at a closed station before 69th without turning off the meter which I asked for He also rolled through every stop sign during bbqthe trip Thank God for the stop lights on Imperial I directed him to keep going down Imperial to the open station on 69th where he still kept his jovial meter running He laughed it all off and overused my ride time Ill just Uber next time     K Smith
