I specifically asked for help with my network Sprint forwarded me a link to this app where I proceeded to waste 2hrs just so they could tell me they couldn t help me because this was mainly for device help not technical support Two hours later Not to mention there was no follow up until I deleted and downloaded app again which took 20 mins because again my network isn t working Extremely frustrating and not much help     Maria Montiel

My phone will not work in my house or on my street I ve call numerous times to get it resolved starting the I picked it up in Aug of 2018 My phone will still not work Sprint has done NOTHING I have to wait another year with a phone I pay for and can not use while I pay for a throw away phone to use at home We have been with Sprint for 18 years And this is our last As soon as this contract is up we are ditching Sprint and never looking back Thanks for NOTHING     Tammi Green

This app provides no actual help if you re experiencing an issue They only way to use it is with internet access so if your data is the issue you are out of luck Anytime I send a message it takes a couple hours for a response and then before I get the chance to reply the person leaves So I send another message a new person joins and then it seems like they cant see any of my previous massages EDIT Still no response from the developer Yet another example of the shotty customer service     Trace Lynn

As a fellow helpdesk tech this app does not give your help desk any rights or permission It is only basic help I can do the basic stuff myself SO why would I need your help desk or this app It was a big big mistake to leave Verizon to come to Sprint Yeah Sprint is cheaper but you got SO much less than Verizon     ORVEN SAEZ II

I love having this app available It s better than having to run to the store The techs I ve had have been very helpful Unfortunately I was having an issue that they couldn t help with and the guy at the Sprint store said it was fixed but it wasn t so I had to get a new phone Thanks to the tech staff sitting at home                     Paula Dare

If you choose to talk live the app wants you to enter a phone number from your device there s nowhere to do that eventually get disconnected instead of transfer to a representative             patch

I had some technical problems with my Voicemail app had then downloaded a third party app Youmail which failed me greatly I used this to get tech help to fix the problem I ve been going through a big health concern u0026 had been missing crucial calls Health risk info I needed help with this asap A tech support worker helped me fix this big problem very simply u0026 quickly after trying a few options I highly recommend using this app real time help u0026 you can exit u0026 return w o losing that tech                     Jennifer Gibbons

this app was fraudulently installed on my phone without my permission or even notifying me I have reported this app to the store as malware and if I ever see this app on my phone again I will be contacting a lawyer over the issue In addition this app is fraudulently labeled it claims to be a sprint application however the service is actually through Asurion or whatever their insurance is and nobody there is apparently answerable to sprint     Ian Belgarde
