ITS HELL ANOYING We use it for schedule and shift change and managers from other locations can send mandatory emails which means that for each email they send you are forced to wait usually half a minute pero mail to be able to get to your schedule I only need to check my schedule once a week and since I dont open it regularly I usually have to wait some 2 3 annoying minutes of emails asking for help at other locations which o dont care about and have expired     Noah Pedraza

Orwellian privacy policy of creating look alike audiences ie farming your data and seeling it I never give my phone number out and NEVER got spam phonecalls UNTIL I used Planday similar numbers calling all my colleagues They DEFINITELY sell your info Randomly logs me and other colleagues out even when app not running it just pops up hey I ve logged you out unable to change password unless in the vicinity of my workplace shifts speed people on holiday as in work     T D

Punch clock date not synchronising Always showing the previous date when I m clocking in so frustrating this morning it s not even clocking me at all it keeps saying turn GPS on despite this being on I ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it s still not functioning properly fix these issues please I m using a Samsung Galaxy J4 newest 2018 version initially I thought it was to do with my handset as I was using the old Samsung Galaxy A3 but this isn t the issue     Sindi Gumbi

I m just an employee that uses this app Overall it is great I have a couple of ideas There is no notification to tell you that you have a shift coming up but yet there is one to say you have a shift ending but that only pops up at the time your shift ends That seems pointless At least one 30 mins before and ending or shift starting Also how about the option to add your shifts into google calendar or our phone calendar that way we can set our own notification times Thanks                     Daniel Bullen

I log in at work do my shift then log out and management can see exactly how many hours I ve worked then pay me accordingly and the app can show you how many hours you work each month and how much money you earned You can also tell management when you are available on the app by your Smart Phone So everyone knows where they are up to etc                     James Ernest Williams

I love the convience of planday gone are the of worrying when I m next working The messaging service on this helps staff managers mostly communicate new or open shifts However localising messages from a specific area would be better I E I m in Norfolk but receive messages from managers etc from Essex hence the 4 stars Well done planday great app thank you                 A Google user

great idea horrible app crashes creating a group could not add employees usernames wouldn t be accepted because of this i would not recomment to anyone looking for a smooth system this app will create more problems with staff than creating efficiency with its current bugs     Turbo.Hommy

I ve downloaded the app three times already because i always have a problem logging in it wont accept my password although i changedit to a new one and still cant log in my supervisor helped me reset my password and still im having a problem to log in this is important for clocking in and out     Angelbello Rodriguez

Was useful for creating a schedule for my job until they made it mandatory to attach an email to each person I can t even edit in the new employees because of this Will be deleting and finding a more appropriate app for my purposes     mike lee

frequently slow or unresponsive myself and other staff waste precious work time trying to get this app to log in load recognize we are at our workplace edit shifts etc there are also many privileges for the admin but very little power for employees employers can edit swap and delete shifts without employees knowledge notification or ability to prove said changes employees should have the ability to receive notifications for any adjustments to the schedule too easy to abuse     Mr. T

worked great until today when I updated it had trouble signing out of shift and would not log in I have a samsung s 7 edge work managed to sort so I could log out hope it works when I have to log in             A Google user

app constantly shows that I am in Africa and I should go to the office to be able to punch in while I am in the office tried for few months To uninstal and instal again and that helps for a day so I am not going to waste my time to do it all the time very disappointed     A Google user
