Multiple reasons
It is true that functionality is at times erratic as others noted here I noticed occasional timeouts and the generation of the email with the attachment may fail However it has become my tool of choice to export text messages and call logs This functionality is so important for me that I would pay for such an app Makes me wonder why this is not part of the out of the box experience as it was on Nokia devices Thank you for creating this app Occasionally erratic but an essential tool

I wanted to have all of my wifes contacts in Google but all were only on her new device She just upgraded from a messaging phone I was able to export everything and import them into Google Now theyre all synced up and are backing up without issue Plus we have a copy on the PC Saved me a lot of trouble

Crashes on bigger timespan when exporting call log
Attempted to export phone contacts to CSV file and import into google contacts In about 10 of cases it managed to extract address lines from contacts and set them as separate contacts leaving both wrong Fortunately was able to undo import to google contacts and had to sync phone with PC and create CSV file from Outlook which worked perfectly Uninstalled Disappointing
