The new raw2dng app version 1.0 has been updated on 2015-06-21. I know there s lots of reviews here who seemingly want the app to do everything although I think it would be cool if this app would show up in the Import Photos selection menu when I connect a MTP Camera over USB Not quite sure what Intent needs to be supported for that Right now I have to use Google Photos for that then convert my ARWs to DNG using this app                     Edward Zhang

The app works as intended but it does have some performance issues when converting a batch of RAW files into DNG You just have to go throught the missed ones check them and convert I mainly use this to get full resolution RAW photos into snapseed for editing Hopefully an update can fix the performance issue                 Gian Enriquez

Snapseed was reading my raw files on my D610 then I upgraded to the Z6 Snapseed doesn t read those raw files so I needed a converter to DNG however raw2dng converts the file but makes it really small amd puts weird false colors in the image Unusable please fix I would pay for an app to do this     Connor Thompson

I suppose if you have no other way to convert your raw files this app would be a little better than nothing But I need something to both view my Sony raw files on my Loveno pad and to delete the ones I don t need taking up space as well On the viewing part this app does give you two options which I am calling tiny and small The tiny setting only shows that you indeed have some photos in a folder The next size up is rather small but it would be good enough for me at least to see my photos well enought to be able to delete thoe files I don t need to keep But guess what There is no delete option Or none that I could find anyway So I am chalking this one up to a good idea that needs some serious development The developers need to add some basic viewing features and a couple of other things that anyone who is trying to manage their photos to even the most elementary degree is always going to need         Ron D

It such a great idea so far it is the only app for android that can convert photos from several types of raw image into dng format But it seems it always converting my raw DNG CR2 photos into a lower resolution and downgrading its quality from 18 MP to just 1MP You said that this app can compress these types of image up to 60 percent of its original size without loosing quality Can you please fix this before I give you a 5 stars                     Cyril Pidoy

ive been using this app for a couple of years now to convert my Olympus ORF raw files to DNG files so I can develop them in Snapseed which only reads DNG s on the go This software has worked flawlessly in that application for me I really like the option to automatically overwrite with the output dng files saving me a step If you shoot with a real camera but want to develop raw on your mobile device this is an essential part if the workflow                     Isaac Ullah

The dng it converted tend to have a green ish overcast The exposure is often 1 2EV lower than the actually raw image When I open the dng files in Snapseed the resolution is very low looks like the preview res But the exported file has the proper resolution I really appreciate what this app offers But it is hard for me to continue using it since all my dng files converted from CR2 have weird color issues Note I open all dng files in Snapseed             Enrique Lin

Says to connect to Sony using Send to Computer however my A7 gives the error message that the information of the computer where the data is to be saved is not set to the device and suggests connecting via USB to set it which you can t do Hoping for a workaround     Sarah Spell

Worked flawlessly Does what it s supposed to and fast I used it to convert my Nikon NEF files to DNG so that i could work with them in Snapseed I had NO issue with imagine quality or data and Snapseed still recognized the photos as RAW                     Juan Lopez

I stand corrected When viewing converted images in the gallery they appear low resolution but opening then up in Snapseed allows you to view edit the full resolution image really easy to use convertor good job developers                     Paroshan Naidoo
