Dil Mil is a pathetic app Run by frauds I by mistake subscribed to them and in a 1 month period 15 days were spent sorting out logging issues I was logged out often and re logging was a mess as the otp to log in never comes They promised compensation via e mail and then stopped replying The notes you send out never really reaches the recipient Its all fake Wish i could give them zero stars The response below is also another example how fake they are     Shameek Datta

Poor customer service and tech support first the app said that I had a 7 day free trial for VIP user Then once I got it I was charged and they said I had it 2 yrs ago like I m supposed to remember that also I had followed up the following day after I saw the charges Then the app keeps show the same people on a regular basis I asked for a refund they Said no because it s in their policy better of using something else waste of time and money     H G

Very weird app I have like 11 likes sitting in there and none of those seem to come up for swiping I am guessing that s how the algorithm is programmed unless you pay of course I don t know what they think of this app but paid version more than 3 times the cost of Tinder and fraction of as many users they are dreaming Here s the weird bit I got quite a few matches with people who are neither in my age range nor in UK and definitely not who I swiped let alone swiped right     Vick Tikoo

Lots of bugs on the app It says you ve got a match and the person doesn t appear on the list of matches unmatched people keep showing up on the list and the likes don t appear to actually like you Fix is required cause it doesn t get much more frustrating than this I would not pay for such an app not worth the money         Kav P

Its extremely frustrating when you get a match and tap on it to talk that nothing actually happens Even when someone likes me and i tap the match button they disappear and appear after i reinstall Please fix both issues quickly To make it better twice me matches have been deleted as a result of not being able to tap on them and talk Its a very poor service and i won t recommend this app to anyone unless the matches do come back and the issues are resolved     Vikesh Raja

I selected trial for couple days and it automatically changed to subscription Do not select trial till you make up your mind to select the service okay here s the response I received Upon checking your account the 7 day free trial subscription got expired on 2019 xx xx and then was auto renewed on the same date Please note that if you didn t cancel 24 hours prior to the end of the free trial period the subscription might renew It made me chuckle on the might part what a ripoff     V P
