A very useful app for booking our reliable local minicab company Can register a card with it to save fiddling with cards and cash in the car Provides a facility to rate the ride and add a tip However this switches off very quickly at the end of the trip so is difficult to use when getting out of the car with bags etc This is the only snag we have found Good reliable company clean cars and competent courteous drivers                 David Coates

used a2b for many many years like over half a decade had a new bank account attempted to add new card details kept comin up with red triangle alert symbol sayin no network connection contacted office several times had no joy said get someone from IT to ring bk then had one lovely lady spend nearly an hour tryin to sort it out but no luck still not lettin me bow an tried today with 2 cards its a shame they are my most reliable ferm i hate using another ferm just dnt get it         Kerry Walker

I ve used A2B for 3 return journeys to the airport the drivers are always polite some chatty some not I dont mind either way drivers are always helpful and you get kept up to date with arrival times including a call on arrival happy to continue using this service thanks                     Lou Allen

Good app took a moment to come to terms with the fact that the driver is not allocated until nearer the timing of the collection rather than at time of booking as the closest driver is of course dispatched at that time Other than the need to therefore trust in the app the first time you use it it worked well for me                 Rob Bonnar

Used to be really good app and I ve used twice daily for well over a year Just recently I m having to wait 10 minutes for taxi to even be dispatched and then the dispatched taxi is then often miles away on average so an extra10 minute wait on top of that Also drivers are starting to comment how far they ve had to drive for this job Now I would say 50 of the time the booked taxi wait time resets back to 0 minutes after booking It s becoming very annoying and finding having to revert to Uber in the mornings as between 7 30 9am it s too unreliable Hope you read the reviews as was great u til recently             Rebecca T

The app has been useful in booking and tracking the taxi however I have recently had problems with veey high battery usage most of January removing apps one by one this was the last one that I removed and finally my phone is going to deep sleep mode and my battery life isn t dropping from 70 to 0 in 6 hours It could just be my phone exhibiting this though but use Accubattery to check if you have a similar issue         Darren B
