Major disappointment I watched so many YouTube videos telling me how good the Amazfit GTR was Now I have it The GPS takes up to 5 minutes to connect When it does and I record a run I cannot access data through this app It crashes everytime I open the information on the run itself You would have thought that Amazfit would have fixed these problems before release Please update and fix     David Latimore

Since the first major update that happened a month or two ago the units on the watch cannot be changed from metric to US The option to change that on the watch is no longer available and the phone app also does not show this option in the profile anymore The support team had acknowledged this issue promised a fix but months later they have closed the ticket and stopped responding The stratos well but after an update this spring has been reporting incorrect values for distance and heartbeat     Sandeep K

Used to be good But Ever since the latest update done on 19 sep 2019 i cant seem to view the full data for my exercise done It appears on the main page but whenever i want to tap to view the full details and see the map of my route recorded the app will just close Please fix this and i will change back to 5 stars         Sabira Abdullah

I don t know if it is a bug in latest update or some proplem with my device the app keeps crushing whenever i try to open an activity I never had some similar problem before with amazfit I formated my phone reinstalled amazfit app and still have the same problem I noticed that A GPS update sync stops at 99 and never finishes edit 1 day after problem solved probably was server releated All working as before plus satellite background added                 Cosmas Anastasiadis

A month ago I hated the update and gave it 1 star I m over it I ve grown to like the change It is now only getting 4 stars because it has some really small text I can t read without my glasses Pre update I could read every single word on the screens I d like to be able to pinch zoom on app but it doesn t allow it If they make it more old man vision friendly they will get that 5th star out of me                 SkiBumTim

It was fine until the latest updates it s a bit pointless having an app that will only store the minimum amount of information then everything is gone if you want to check on your progress Before you could go back months and there was lots of information you could see Now functionality has been taken away as well as only being allowed 2 extra on the app You get one days information of sleep if you have that selected Won t buy another Amazfit product ever again unless the fix the app There is a lot of features on the watch app but nothing on the app only the bear minimum max 1 days data     John Quirke

1 Sync patchy and sometimes no working between amazfit verge and app since change of UI to be same as Mi Fit Even data synced UI doesnt update 2 No trending or capture of resting heart rate which is most important for general health data Average HR is not really useful data 3 No trending of heart rate data by day 4 No scale on showing daily continuous HR What is the point of lines but no scale The app is really a step back as it aligns to Mi Fit app     S S

It was working perfectly until release 3 0 it seems like they ruined it on purpose for the Amazfit Pace No heart beat data sync even when it say 100 I had to downgrade from apk to make the heart beat sync works to release 2 9 Still not solved after July 30 2019 upgrade Edit August 18th The heart rate feature seems solved also to keep the app connected allow the app to keep awake after battery optimization on your phone settings I am not sure if notification works now since I use Watch Droid App for that very recommended application September update I am not going to auto update until I see better comments No way         Camilo Agrazales Pinzon

This app use to work great I can connect to my amazefit pace and even change the watch face but of late the weather no longer works and even worse the app doesn t sync steps sleep or heart rate data It also only picks up some of the workout activities In fact the app i utterly useless after the latest update Please fix it to be awesome again     Pieter Myburgh

Activity data lost Being an activity tracker Smart watch App never expect to compromise on loss of fitness data After finishing an outdoor cycling activity the app was not able to sync data and show the activity While the activity was visible from watch it was missing in the app despite syncing seceral times Tried to unpair and reconnect and voila Data lost Niw the activity is neither visible from watch nor the app     Vageesh H

Data syncing is a pain To add to it every app update both data in my phone and watch is gone as I ve to re pair the devices and there s no export and import of my data possible EDITED After the recent update the data sync issue seems to be resolved EDITED After every update they are screwing up syncing Now i can t sync the data of the day before         Shan Aithal

Happy with Huami its app and its watch especailly pace stratos 3 and GTR To date one of the hardest to beat in terms of watch build quality performance and of course battery life that one aspect where most major company still left far behind to catch Huami Simply the real smart one Enuf smart to assist you for sporting activities meeting checklist reminder social media notif and lastly the smartest one to stay up assisting you for atleast 2 weeks straight with single charge                     qayyum senusi

I ve been using the device for almost 3 months now and now after I ve updated the mobile app to the latest version my daily step count data is missing And the latest app s feedback form is missing the Send button I can t connect my watch to my phone now can t check for ROM updates     Rahul Kumar

The MiFit app and this are very similar but the mifit app does some things better like how it displays heart rate graphs and sleep stats etc Not sure why their are two apps why they stopped syncing This app does the job but the developers should take the best parts of each app and combine them and then add more focus on active calories which is the only thing i really miss from my fitbit             Stephen Rotondo

The watch itself is great but the app needs tweaking It is actually very poor in terms of controlling the watch There is no option for removing watch faces there is no option for turning off the move alert there is no option for adjusting lock screen etc             Nikolaos Lionakis

I m based in Luxembourg and I ve just bought the amazfit gtr This GPS signal is really poor it takes forever to find a signal it unpairs itself and it doesnt connect back The app is useless and it s always syncing I wouldnt recommend this watch or the app that supports it until amazfit have worked out all these problems     Michael Gowlett

I would have given 5stars until the update as the App worked fin until the update I had to re log on then re set some setting like app notifications Now to keep receiving notifications the application has to stay open Please fix this You should not have to have the application open as a open app to receive notifications it should stay active in the background         Jason Peck

I had to do a factory reset of my OnePlus 6T and to my horror I discovered Google Play informing me that my mobile device was incompatible with this app Without the app I wasn t able to pair my Stratos to the phone I wrote to Support who fortunately sent me an alternative link to the app which I could use till they resolved the issue Yipee all is well                 RL Ramakrishnan

The app is not very user friendly The main issue is Syncing with watch Amazfit Pace It does not sync data from watch to phone All the step count sleeps record exercise record remains within the watch Second main issue it is unable to update watch ROM Overall a bad GUI of App and experience I had previously used HUAWEI HEALTH with Huawei watch its very user friendly and never had a syncing issue But this one is pretty bad The developer needs to resolve these issues     Luqman Ashraf

I can no longer login to my account using Facebook login even though it s an option When I updated my phone I had to create a new account so all my historical data is gone and had to factory reset the watch just to pair it Amazfit Pace Very disappointed         Jim Varley
