This app wants to do a lot of functions but can t execute them I ve been trying for days to change our seat selection but every time I get to the payment page it says to enter a valid phone number even though it won t let me edit the number AND my phone number is correct anyway Tried using the app s function to log into Messenger to get help and after logging in it returns a page with a single character on it 1 Am I being forced to pay to speak to someone on the phone Not impressed     Andrew Dixon

I d give it no stars if possible not sure what the point of an app is if it can t do a basic check in all I get is errors I actually missed a flight a few months ago because the app wouldn t pull up my boarding pass once the flight was delayed I messaged Swoop about the incident no one cared to get back to me     Tyler Crooks

Having similar problems to those recent ones noted Can t get my upcoming flights booking from yesterday complete with reservation code u0026 receipt for payment in my name to show up in my account Had great difficulty booking flight even though I had set up an account Finally had to book flight continuing as anonymous had to do this on my cell phone wouldn t allow me to do even this on my tablet laptop Was only way the website would let me continue u0026 successfully book I m now waiting for a response to email to Swoop to find out how to fix the my bookings issue u0026 deal with upcoming check in let alone the others Also then spent over an hour on hold on phone this morning without ever getting a pick up again trying to get issue fixed before my flights next week Have no idea how I will be able to check in on line get a boarding pass etc Not impressed with the app experience at all Misfunctions equally on all devices This is my first exposure to Swoop and may well be my last if these problems cannot be fixed Hope the flight is better than the website function     Linda von Tettenborn

first time I used swoop stream I was able to watch movies and TV shows for free but last week when I used it it wouldn t let me watch anything because i had to PAY 11 for 90 minutes of wifi         Evangeline daniels

this app is HORRIBLE it crashes and freezes i had my boarding pass on the app I had even taken a picture the app refused to open at my boarding gate i had to GO BACK THROUGH SECURITY ALL THE WAY the way back to the check in desk i had to get a PHYSICAL copy of my boarding pass when i arrived there was a long line i had to cut the line when they called last call the first thing that the agent said was that I should have taken a picture of my boarding pass I DID     Jenna Gibbens

BUYER BEWARE THIEVES Great booking experience but terrible customer service Booked and had to cancel a flight Was told that the unused value could be used at a later date Tried to book a few months later only to be informed that the value had expired They claimed to have mentioned this when I cancelled but they hadn t Will never be a customer and have advised all friends family and social media contacts not to use this airline     Marc S

Need programmers to fix app the app crashes does not update flight info appropriately I booked 2 flights through the website and they did not update the app they showed up 2 days before flight The flight was delayed 1 hour swoop notified in alot of time so didn t need to be at airport that was great but when I went to security and show my pass it disappeared from my phone it disappears when the flight was originally to depart not a happy day at the airport         Razz Carbonara

Less than 24 hours before my flight I went to check us in and after filling in all the tedious information on their poorly designed forms the calendar function is garbage the app crashed All info gone Filled out the forms again but this time it didn t crash Instead it let me wait till the very last step to tell me we can t check in No reason given     andre el-baba

app was working good I thought checked in on the app had my boarding pass on the app used it to get through security and then right before boarding my boarding pass disappears and a message saying I am not eligible to receive a boarding and to see customer service So I had to quickly find someone who could print off actual boarding passes so we could board our flight         lisa neudorf

When I go to check in it asks for the issuing country when I go to type that info in it opens a menu with the number 0 and wants a numeric value Even though my country isn t spelled with numbers even if it was the only value I can submit is 0 and it won t allow any other input     Justin James
