DON T DOWNLOAD THIS APP Wilson Parking is the most useless company i have ever have to deal with Their accounts team is incredibly disorganised and will charge you every month for parking time you didnt use And their refund process is extremely slow and their customer service staff completely clueless of what their job is I ve had 2 refunds in the last 6 months and now I m dealing with them again because they didn t record well their refunds and now i was charged again wrongly     Julian Andres Cajamarca Perilla

Took a few goes to get the hang of this on an android but it works well offers you discounts and options confirms your booking e mails your receipt and dead set convenient using your credit card to operate the boom gates from the car no pesky tickets and navigating those payment vending machines in the driveway                     Craig Markby

Even though I wasn t logged in to the App the phone notified that the App accessed my camera even though I did NOT give explicit permissions in the App Security permissions My question is why is the App overriding the App permissions Secondly why does it need access to the camera to take photos and video     Bahadir Bilir

easy to use and pay many Carpark options entry times you can adjust your booking on the app you can use your credit card as your entry key it sends you email confirmation and saves your regular bookings so you can easily rebook again for future bookings                     james fox

Directions to Carpark were incorrect alot of wasted time trying to find the carpark Was early into Brisbsne city but ended up 20mins late trying to find carpark Accidentally found it in central city unable to find a spot to park and find correct address please fix ASAP     Taua Manase
