Well I looked at the reviews and it wasn t so good but like here and there there were good reviews so I was like I should try this for my self I played about four levels before I got bored It s not really fun The graphics are awesome but I think the creator should have thought about longer level that such detailed people So I suggest you should listen to the greater about of people who disliked this game There are one other thing I enjoyed is the controls I would recommend is the wheel in 1st person Take my advice and don t waste your time like I did I m trying to help you Writen by an 11 yr old         A Google user

Too many adds Too little game You spend more time watching other games simulations like candy crush than driving The whole app is 1 big cash grab No thought put into game play or plot at all Save your time and sanity download something else Or watch adds for games on YouTube for fun at least take at the boring driving game     Sam Levy

Well I thought that it was gonna be a really fun game and it is but there is way to much ads As soon as I finished a level an ad would pop up Also the length of getting the patient to the hospital is VERY short But apart from that its fab             A Google user
