Med-Info Keeper

Every time I go to a new Dr they ask all the same questions my PCP has but do they want to look that info up nope Being able to answer all the questions quickly and accurately using the information stored in this App makes the task painless and this way I dont forget to put down anything                 Handy to have all info at fingertips

This app is essential for organizing your medical history as well as your families The only suggestion I would make is to include a section to provide other family medical history like parents and maternal grandparents because the doctors always ask these questions              Love it

Would be nice if you could sync this app plus would be nice if I could put my own Hospital           Good app but

I am an EMT and wish all my patients had this info available One place to keep an organize our med records and it is portable Suggested updates a note field in med contacts I like to add receptionist nurses names Would be nice if fields needing numeric entries would summon numeric keyboard is dosage I would aso link an app to crack lab work an blood sugar might be an add on here or probably a separate app so I could graph trends GREAT APP                 Thank you

Fantastic overview of basic medical info accessible in case of an emergency A must have for anyone with medical issues Change if hospital ability would make this better and maybe a slot for additional information Thank you for providing this free app                 Medical must have

Love most of the app but I would LOVE to be able to share the info with family members so we didnt have to type the same info into everyones phone and have it back up on my sd card or a website so I dont have to redo the info every time I get a new phone           Needs some updates

Holds all vital information You can add organ doner status under the advance directive contact and it shows up on the EMS tab There is a place for blood type GREAT JOB HH Too bad there is not a rating on the HCAHPS SURVEY for this app                 Great App

As others said it would ease confusion if hospital could be changed Bigger problem is if your phone is locked no one can access your info can it be made accessable from the locked screen like the camera and phone Galaxy S6              Useful but could be better

The app is a great idea but youre not given an option to delete or change the hospital name No mention of this in the apps description Automatically lists Huntsville Hospital as a medical contact Great if you live in Huntsville ALnot good in TX If there was an option to select a preferred hospital I wouldve given 5 stars Installed it due to the feature of having my medical info viewable in case of an emergency Add an edit option for the hospital and Ill reinstall the app           Great idea but

This is a very user friendly and it allow me to input most of my medical history I would like to see a comment section added with each catagory The catagories are restrictive in how much information that can be included As a healthcares provider I think it is important to know medication dosages what are the symtoms of allegic reaction height and weight etc           Good App

This is a good app But it does not do landscape view I have a slider phone and it kind of hard to enter info with the text sideways Some screens do not allow input with the slider keyboard I hope this can be fixed I hate the builtin keyboard always hit the wrong keys              Good app
