Office and voip phones work great Android app is complete garbage Contacts don t sync most of the time When I answer the phone it will either not connect or it will connect after several seconds and the phone keeps vibrating during the call Sometime the screen will no disable when putting it to my ear I sell a lot of voip systems and would like to recommend the app to those customers but I m unable to do so after two years of use and still hardly any updates to fix these obviously bugs     Bob Burningham

The app is awful and buggy Service was usable for a few months now we can t even get reliable support to get it to function as it should At this point we are completely beside ourselves trying to run a small business with a very unreliable service I would not recommend the app or the service at this stage in the game as the support and product are beyond disappointing     Melly D

As usual I m having problems getting my business calls again The app is totally useless so I was just forwarding all my calls directly to my mobile phone However today I noticed I missed several important calls I called those numbers and the people told me the phone would ring a few times and then disconnect I tested it myself and noticed the phone would ring but it would take 5 6 rings before it would finally forward the call to my mobile causing me to miss the call before I could answer it     Still A Terrible App J

Here is an app that should work perfectly considering the service we PAY for the service Concept is there but app needs a LOT of work I get an email with a voicemail and NEVER receive an in app notification Phone tree is inconsistent and I never know if my clients are hearing the correct info Call log is never up to date so I can t return a call Again we pay for this They should make it work correctly         Update still not great Russell Hess
