It pisses me off that I upgraded to this thinking I d be getting better experience than the free version which I ve used for a year but in fact it s worse There s no mechanism to export playlists from free to paid so all of them are lost I m probably sticking with free for that reason There s still no options to show album name on lock styles It plays all my music like the free version notably opus but otherwise it s the same thing             Emily Bowman

Wow surprisingly good especially with the addition of the Bongiovi DPS plugin I ve tried quite a few players including paid for apps u0026 this is the nicest sounding yet Listening now using Beyer Dynamic DT990 phones over bluetooth u0026 Soundblaster E3 headphone amp I can thoroughly recommend this player Update If anything I would like to see the ability to save profiles settings under a user defined name for those of us with several output devices And why keep phoning home to check if the user has paid for it No other fully paid for app I know does that Gonna have to knock a star off                 Charles Moody

Paid version doesn t work offline If music is already playing when the phone goes offline music keeps playing But trying to select something to play once offline results in the app refusing to allow any use Extremely bad user experience considering it targets users who ve paid for the app and makes sure they can t use it     ItsTheMojo

I love this app the only problem is that I can t change the album art or the name of the song I even restarted the app and my phone and it didn t work but other than that I love this app so much that u use it 24 7                 Oscar Villegas

I have used Jet Audio for about twenty years and love it I first had it on my pc but have since put it on my phone great music played and dvd player on pc You car use it to play rip record and enhance music I wouldn t be without it                     Tony Hutchens

Excellent mp3 player Only negative fail seems to be related to a downloaded album that chose to place one of the songs on the album into it s own album with the same name as the rest of the songs on the album 1 song with same album title as the rest of the songs in it s own album shows same album title                 Pete Jacobs

needs to carry custom theme colours on to the equaliser as this is also part of the player is it not thats why i knocked two stars off my rating cos its as if jet audio doesn t care about this matching the rest of the players themes still my favourite music player tho             Wayne Lee Ramsden

I am having lots of issues with the full version Whenever My phone is connected with a bluetooth device and I stop the music it automatically resume playing music even if I exit the player This need to be rectified     ARUNI SHUKLA

I really want to give you guys 5 stars but i have two major issues 1 I paid for your app a few years ago I have jetAudio and now I m seeing another jetAudio player from you and that have features I don t have If this other app is an upgrade what the hell did i pay for and why isn t this cross platform on all your devices 2 I can no longer download album art that matches the thumbnail for the mixes I have from YouTube Before I could have done this What changed             Kelly Alleyne

I m a bit miffed to be honest I d already made a purchase to get rid of the ads in the basic version but I assumed that buying this Plus version would have given me the audio enhancements that were also available to purchase within the basic version Not so It seems to get the other available audio enhancers requires yet another purchase which leaves me wondering what the benefit of this Plus version actually is given that it doesn t seem much different to the basic version             Simon Reeve

jetaudio plus is great so many features that I find very useful the separate equalizer and effect profiles for different Bluetooth devices is great I have one sound profile for the car and a different one for my headphones and this app automatically switches between the two with no intervention needed this profile feature now works for the balance which it did not in the past I emailed the dev and it was added great app and dev team                     Dennis Brenner

Still Needs improvement I have and have purchased full versions of Jetaudio and Neutron for both Android and ios Jetaudio wins hands down for sound but cuts out at least 3 times every minute Neutron happily plays with no stutter for hours Neutron just can t beat jetaudio sound though This is through the suggested SMB1 protocol iPhone 8 and the newest 2019 Galaxy S5e I am still waiting to give this 5 stars but can not until this buffering problem is fixed             Joseph Pineau

Beware If you choose to select a photo for the Artist it will overwrite all album cover art with that one photo I got totally screwed on this and now have to go back correcting the artwork on about 400 different albums Temporarily dropping this app back down to 3 starts until that s fixed Post response I d rather not rebuild my library at this point What would be great is a fix where you can select an artist image that doesn t overwrite the image onto every album from that artist             Chris Rohde

I ve been using it for 2 or 3 years I paid for it early on I own almost 1 400 songs on my phone What I have always loved was the way it mixes my songs I rarely have to skip a track the app always plays a great mix The EQ is also very nice and customizable to which type of speaker Bluetooth headphones speakers or just the phone you use First app rating with a comment The Free version is good but if you listen to your own music buy it I also like the YouTube link                     Mark Barton

Was camping with no cell service and could not use the app due to lack of internet access to validate the license What a horrible feature to put into a paid music app I paid for the plus version and couldn t even use it on my holidays Terrible security feature for a music app that should be available any time     Edwin Eppel

By far the best music playback app out there This app is particularly valuable for performing musicians who need a platform for using backing tracks on stage Has a tag area where you can paste song lyrics into and will show these embedded lyrics while song is playing Also has a setlist export import feature so you can export already created setlists to your other devices without having to painstakingly recreate them each time Great time saver                     Terry Miller

excellent audio player with all the bells and whistles however I m only giving 4 stars because whatever i seem to do i cant edit tags lyrics specifically some tags actually save properly and actually apply them and yes i have given the app permission to storage if you guys could get back to me on how to fix this issue it would be much appreciated                 Ewen Nicol

This is the actual version I have would have given this a five star however the feature I need it says it does it but it does not I have two androids LG V30 ThinQ and a LG G8 ThinQ and neither will auto advance song play using JetAudio for mobile While the quality of playback is excellent playing music through my phones to the my Bluetooth wireless speakers no if having set the app to advance automatically to the next song on my playlist it just does not happen I have to manually advance it from the phone or my LG Urbane watch Pretty annoying when I am trying to party and it will not allow me to update to the latest version LOL             Lionel Keener

Was a good audio player until it denied access when it couldn t connect to google play services to verify payment I was in the wilderness 7days without cell service Strange verification procedure to implement when you have to pay for the app to download it Have too find something else now     Andy N

totally annoyed that purchase verification has gone worst now it pops up for every desktop change after the last update all my purchases are still there but that annoying notification is so persistent i already unstalled then reinstalled the app right at my purchase history on my playtsore account but still the bug and i need to go on data from time to time to get rid of it this shouldn t be the case             joem ventura

Hi My requirement with JetAudio was to use it with Android Auto I tested out the free version and it all worked fine and the equalizer options were great So I decided to purchase the plus version However I realized that the plus version is not supported in Android Auto Only the basic is Now its pretty much a useless purchase for me I d rather purchase the ad blocker and ui unlocker for the basic version How can i request a refund and go back to basic             Ramishka Dasanayaka

Excellent music player app ive been using it for years now I will however recommend further improve the Download Album Art feature for example when downloading a album art make it so it downloads in the highest quality possible and another area which it needs improvement is the limited possibly that not all music album art is found would be nice if you guy s link your search engine with big companies like Google                     Dj Hazardous

I have a galaxy S10 and that phone supports Micro SDCard so every time I eject the Sim Tray that holds the SDCard and Sim Card I take my SDCard and when I put it back in all my playlists get deleted NOT the songs but all my playlists that s so annoying because it takes a while to make a good playlist especially when u have 1k songs             GT 350R

Worst RNG I ve ever seen I have 500 1000 songs in each genre every time you hit Shuffle it just plays the same handful over and over I ve been putting up with this for years I m over this software I never hear most of my music anymore because of this trashy RNG         Chris Haber

I don t know if it s my phone or if anybody else is having the same issue I m having but when i play a track it stops midway as if I were to pause the song or press stop i have a s9 please fix this other than that I have the full version and love it         Angel S

I bought Moto G6 play it has google play music which sounds really horrible however I have purchased jetaudio HD music plus and all the adds on the app like AM3D crystalizer and Bongiovi DPS you won t believe what deference it make to the sound I also tried winamp which is free but no jetaudio is the best                     Rashwan Al.Shaer

I like the app but for some reason on some of my albums it pulls one or two songs out and puts it in a different album folder with the same album are but it says unknown artist I don t understand why it s doing that and I don t know how to make it stop                 Cindy Clark

When AGC is at 100 and the audio track featured with ending at reducing volume AGC increases volume drastically causing a reverse effect of unexpected increase in volume in an unequal wave                 joby john
