The only reason I m giving this 2 stars is because the notifications are nice but the actual app sucks When I click the notification that pops up it takes me to the app home page which half the time isn t working and then I have to search to find any actual information or news article regarding the notification 100 not user friendly         Lindsay Brockman

It s clunky and slow and the notifications for stories often don t have stories linked Some links are to the wrong stories I originally got the app for WXRT which is no longer using the app Can t blame them This needs a total overhaul starting from scratch and not using someone s brother in law or programming major niece to program it It also needs better curation of the stories I ve uninstalled it         James Wolf

This app is truly awful Each time I press an alert for a specific story the app opens and takes me to a completely UNRELATED story Their contact support form has NEVER worked When you send it after taking time to compose your message 100 of the time it yields an error message saying to try again in a few minutes I ve been trying for YEARS The app is very limited in its available stories selecting News displays 2 3 stories That s it I m uninstalling this worthless app     Grace A Jopling

When I get an alert on my phone which is breaking news I immediately go to live streaming and I m then watching 2 to 3 minutes of we ll be back soon or commercials When the live news comes on the story is sometimes already gone It s just frustrating If you just want to watch the news it s good but for breaking news it s not     Angel Echevarria

Crashes freezes articles do not load right now there is ONE total on my feed Cannot refresh feed to try to fix this When trying to contact support through the app I get an error Lovely This app seems abandoned look elsewhere for local news Furthermore the ads they use are full screen and constantly warning of danger in your area severe westher alert in your area breaking news in your area All of them are click bait that just lead to app links Misleading ads for a news site     R. I now live in Pa and my cable company remove the CBS New York from is line up that why I use this app to see live news from Cbsn New York Now this app doesn t work the only thing you see is the commercial then it drop off and it dosen t let see the live news Please fix this app This is only way to see news from New York city     nellie carrasquillo

news can t see but one news item and then nothing after return sports click on header see sub headings click Eagles get nothing retun to Sports not sub headings THIS APP STINKS TO THE HEAVENS and I am a CBS guy really dissatisfied and disappointed I am going to delete this app now and YOU should send out notices when you fix this     J. live TV news link great but headline main page not up to date on same day stories being reported 5 star if not for bad main page stories headlines And can t send this info on contact support page keeps rejecting to try later All on my cell phone     Glenn Abe

I got this app so I could get local news alerts but when you get a news alert notification it just opens the main app and usually there isn t even an article associated with the notification until you guys actually have an article to go with that headline I got a notification about this app is useless     Aaron Hunter

Everytime it takes me out of a newscast I try to open it back up and then it starts buffering When I open it back up it then is like 15 minutes behind the live newscast             HaywireMX132

What I find frustrating is when I click on a notification for a story I am interested in and it takes me to the news landing page and the story I was looking for isn t there and I have to search for it I tried to send a comment to support regarding this issue and the app kept returning an error when I tried to send it         Donna Dineley

When I receive a notification about a story and I click on the notification I expect the app to open up to that story 90 of the time the story doesn t appear in the selected headlines I don t like to be bated I will use other local new media apps         Dave Milsted

I really do not like the way the app is designed in comparison to local stations Fox NBC u0026 ABC but I still use it b c KTVT covers certain news stories that others don t one of the main things I don t like is the steps that you have to go to in order to access local news Now if when you click on local news selection is it would list all the new stories that would be great but it doesn t It only list the top three new stories and you have to go and click on another thing to get the rest of t             Jason Mogollon

This is the best broadcast news app Great content it s satisfying and concise It s set up to provide coverage for me from WBZ TV CBS Boston I get a great mix of actual news stories with video covered by reporters on the scene providing a terrific mix of hard breaking news and well written human interest stories The app alerts me three or four times a day about new content WBZ is a great station Boston is a great city and I think the app can be configured to provide coverage from any of the CBS stations including either your current local or home town Great App                     Jeff Ringrose

How come when your app alert gives a headline story I tap it your page opens and most of the time the headline story you sent can t be found I have all the local news outlets app and yours clearly takes last place It needs a lot of work Maybe look at your competitors page if you need to see how a good one should work Thanks for hearing me out and hope you make changes in the near future     JOHN ROMANELLI
