I subscribed to this service for a couple years Suddenly my computer stopped backing up I spent 6 months with their customer service trying to fix the glitch Every time they told me to try a fix it was like starting from square one when I replied that the fix was ineffective They automatically renewed my account even though I tried to stop it They were reluctant to return my money insisting they could make the program work But after several more attempts I had to file a claim with pay pal to get my money back     Jim Storment

As a service it s good When u have ur laptop n desk top u will c it as 2 devices u can look at the files u have put on line so that part is good and it works now the bad points android app is rubbish u have ur work stuff u zip it so u have 1 folder 2 up load n it asked u 2 sync to between all your meachines I don t want 2 sync with everything I can get my stuff buy looking on the web site and click on the laptop or desktop folders Email help no good Development team look at drop box and learn         Droid app really bad A Google user

Never had a reason to believe the daily backup reports were phony until today They sent me a notice that in less than 24 hours my files would be deleted because I had not renewed my account My PayPal account showed that they took the payment out several days ago I decided to go in and look at what was actually being backed up and to my surprise even though every single day for the last two years I have gotten the My PC Backup has completed notice NOT ONE SINGLE FILE HAS BEEN BACKED UP     Stopped backing up files over a year ago Ronald Dierckman
