If you are Android owner,you now can download Photochron for free from Google Play. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new Photochron app version 2.8 has been updated on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I like that it has the ghost picture so you could line it up the photo the same every time but I noticed that my pictures were more zoomed out every time even though I was lining it up with the previous one There s also no way to adjust the brightness while taking the picture Normally on a phone camera you can tap on the part you want in focus but this app doesn t do that which makes it hard to get the lighting right         Joanna Gibson

I like how this app has a ghost feature to align your pictures but when the final timelapse is put together which takes a decent amount of time to compile it ends up pixellating a bunch of the photos during the transition             Tessa Forth

Latest bug has broken the functionality ruining the photo overlay feature that allows a face to be lined up Attempts to contact the developer have been unsuccessful I really loved this app but it s not usable anymore EDIT I was forced to uninstall and restore an older version of the app to resolve the issue Older versions are available around the web     Dave Lahoud

Not able to sync photos from previous phone Tried another phone with same result Only the original phone can create new photo projects and sync data Allowed permissions verified data is in Google drive etc etc can t recommend the app if you are locked to one phone because of a bug hopefully will be fixed with another version     Marc D

worthless the only point in using this app is to use the overlay to make sure things are aligned correctly but for some reason the app scales down the overlay which defeats the purpose entirely         Nicholas Layton

It was working nicely some time ago but with the current version the restore function is broken and no photos actually get restored Only the containing folder I m on a new device so this is very important to me         Martin Tzonev

Great little app but the latest update doesn t support the dual back camera on my LG so my photos no longer align I used to be able to switch between all three cameras 2 back 1 front but now I can only switch between back wide angle and front             Philippe Girolami

The app is really great for time lapse selfies and it s free These other users are commenting on issues with their phones not with the app or their not understanding how to use it or demanding features within their reviews that should be emailed to the developer like the app says and that would make this app cost a bunch For example if photos look misaligned turn off face recognition or be sure to shoot all selfies the same distance from the camera e g a fully out stretched arm Those that can t restore your phone or transfer data between phones try shooting with your standard camera app then importing it each day to the app so that they get backed up the the cloud assuming you ve set that up I really don t feel I can complain considering how rare it is to find an ad free app that does what it says it ll do                     John Magnusson

I ve been looking for a replacement for the Everyday app on IOS I tried using this app and started adding my photos from my iPod over but some of the photos when uploaded dont show up There is an empty space where they would be and if i tap the empty space the app crashes This app was looking like good alternative but this bug is making me not want to use it         Logan Hattori
