I have been using Flikshop since it first went live My husband and I love the conveniance price and quality of the postcards However since you guys have updated the app it hardly ever works Tonight I have been trying for hours to send a few different cards and the app keeps crashing If you want every cell in the country to get a Flikshop a day you might want to fix the bugs I dont take my business elsewhere because you are convict owned and I want to continue to support the company             CHARLEE MAGENO

This app is a great way to send some love to a loved one incarcerated The amount of time that the UnJustice System is giving out is tearing down families and definitely putting a strain on futre generation Keeping in touch with a loved one or showing humanity to someone who may have made a bad choice or a bunch of bad choices is the righteous thing to do Many people claim to know God or to be a good person Anyone who cant give humanity to another human is not worthy of humanity SkiDaCEO                 Ski Chills

This app has been such a gift to our family Once again we will gather tomorrow for Christmas and we will take lots of pictures and send them to my son and he will be able to part of our celebration through these pictures I have recommended this app to others who have family members who are incarcerated Some of those family members are not permitted to receive pictures but the prison cannot refuse mail Thank you Thank you Thank you for this app Whoever you are you are angels                     Susan Lanning

This is by far the worst app ever My husband is in jail and he wants pictures of the kids and myself and I can t send anything because they say I don t have any credits but I have 11 credits available I m done with this app I just want my money back I ve emailed Flikshop support team on three different occasions and they are no help to me My husband is very upset and I am too because we was told that this was a trusted website but I guess that was a lie     Brittany Fleming

I sent several FlikShops to my incarcerated loved one after I was assured FlikShop was accepted by all jails and prisons only to have them returned to me When I tried to contact FlikShop I never received a reply Don t waste your money I am now out money AND my loved one never received anything     Dawn Morris

Customer service is absolutely horrible You call this number and a lady tells you that you will get a call back and they never call you back Its been almost 2 weeks I was charged 8 90 and did not receive any fliks They even ignore my messages It s like they don t want to give my money back     shane fitzsimmons
