The Delmarva Power Self-Service is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new Delmarva Power Self-Service app version 1.4 has been updated on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Here is the app`s compatibility information: 1.6 and up

Hope this update helps Have had to pay my bill for the past couple of months through my bank s bill pay because this app was so confused it couldn t even transfer my old sign in that I ve been using for more than a decade and then wouldn t recognize my answers to security questions Why yes I do know my mother s maiden name and what hospital I was born in Geez     Barbara Cherrix

there s a lot to make this worth five stars but I made it worth three Stars because they do not give you an easy way to switch between multiple accounts I have multiple accounts with Delmarva and once you click on one account you cannot switch to the others if there s a way to do it let me know and I will change my rating but I have tried everything it won t even let me log out                     Debbie DeSantis

Performs as expected so far so good Don t know why all the recent reviews are so negative I installed it opened it logged in with username and password was immediately brought into my account viewed current information navigated around a bit and exited without issue I pay bills all in one place thru my bank so I wouldn t use that feature of this app If I experience problems with the app in the future I ll return to comment on my review                 Dan Paijean

I think the biggest and confusing problem for most including me is that there isn t a button to take you to the billing usage area When you open your account app be sure to tap your home address listed That will take you to where you need to be I use a Galaxy 6                     Works Fine Robert Gara
